09/6/2020 12:23 | Course you did mkrampynight, just as you were teeing off on the 13th.....,. When it drops below 20p you will have magically sold your shares like last week after ramping your buys at 26.7 and 26.8 I told you there would be a placing months ago but of course you don’t like facts....... | ![]() nas_daq

09/6/2020 11:43 | CGP are carried through to DFS by SOLG as debt to be repaid from production. It is only after DFS they need to pony up their share of the 2.7bn. Unlike SOLG, they won't be able to enter offtake financing arrangements and so they'll need to find someone willing to lend them with no security. | ![]() lowtrawler

09/6/2020 11:02 | I am curious to know to what extent the Cornerstone shareholding in SOLG covers the obligation they have to pay 15% of the costs of getting to DFS. Wonder if anyone has done the sums, as Cornerstone have been selling SOLG shares to bolster their finances (according to CGP they held 8.5% on 7th April, 8.2% on 11th May). If SOLG or ENSA are sold, then they have no problem, but if NM takes it through to DFS then they need to cover their share of the costs, or lose out. 8.2% of SOLG at current share price is worth about £32m, so if the cost of getting to DFS is less than £215m they are covered. They will no doubt expect the share price to improve by PFS and (hopefully) other prospects. Not sure what the total spend to get to DFS is expected to be. As far as I can see CGP selling their SOLG shares is done on the open market, its only if they reduce their 15% share of ENSA that SOLG has pre-emptive rights. | ![]() noccer

09/6/2020 09:40 | After all this time one would expect NM to know where the best prospects are to drill, after all he wants some good news as fast as other shareholders do. At least gold and copper have firmed up. | ![]() lefrene

09/6/2020 08:56 | Just a reminder that for Cascabel in the early stages: By December 2015, the Company had completed 18,400m of drilling and expended approximately US$30m. Two drilling rigs could complete approximately 8,000 metres per rig each per annum. Thus, 14,000 metres and 21,000 metres, when combined, are the equivalent of 2 Cascabel's at an early stage of discovery. This is why I believe exploration will be at no more than 3 of the sites mentioned. | ![]() lowtrawler

09/6/2020 08:03 | Targets: recommencement of regional exploration programmes at Rio Amarillo and Chical, both within 40km of Alpala, and the promising Porvenir, Celen, La Hueca and Sharug (Santa Martha porphyry) projects in southern Ecuador, following the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, which are expected progressively over the next quarter. Field work at Alpala, Chical and Rio Amarillo will be recommencing immediately.2020: the Company has also allocated approximately US$13.1m towards the advancement of its substantial exploration project pipeline in 2020, focusing on 13 priority targets across its 75 concessions covering 3,200km(2) in Ecuador. These expenses include the costs of 14,000 meters of drilling beyond Cascabel.2021: US$15.6 million for regional exploration. In 2021, over 21,000 metres of drilling is planned beyond Cascabel. | ![]() lowtrawler
08/6/2020 23:55 | DD, if you look at the limited budget projections they provided with the share offer, a lot of the new funds are needed to arrange Cascabel production funding. The remaining money will be sufficient to drill 2 or possibly 3 sites.Clearly, we hope that the drilling is successful and we have another major discovery on our hands. That would catapult the share price North and make drill funding for our other locations much easier. If they fail to find something, they'll be back for another fund raise this time next year. | ![]() lowtrawler

08/6/2020 19:12 | Lowtrader I think it will be well up tomorrow . Might be a fight between shorters and longs early doors but my monies on the longs as you say we are at a better stage than when we were 30p . Lets hope NM has learned not to leave the next fund raising until the last minute even if he thinks we are undervalued . P mount ..ready for tomorrow ? | ![]() mknight
08/6/2020 18:49 | From an operational perspective it's all good news. With FNV, we're funded through to BFS. With the latest raise, we can finance the fund raising for Cascabel production and our 2 or 3 most promising development prospects. We could only have dreamed about being in this position a couple of months ago.The market won't care. They see us failing to take BHP and Newcrest with us. | ![]() lowtrawler
