That's a substantial 'Director's Buy' personal commitment of £240,000...

No doubt DGR will have upped their stake as well...

The RNS said an announcement would be made today. So it's not a case of most investors expected.....All we can do is wait. The big boys will already know what is happening.

It's very strange because we are in a better position now than we were on Thursday so the price should be slightly above 21.5p, allowing for dilution. I think failing to take our 2 biggest shareholders with us is playing on the price. Unless we get my conjectured BHP announcement, I'm convinced it will go below 20p.
