if he announces CB's with conversion rate at above 50p then that's gonna blow the doors off

but what date the convertibles? 2023?

I fink Citi got deal done today, that why they someone try to get share price to stop out a few by breakin 26p. Dont fink it work thou coz the at bot cudnt get it sub 26p and forced it in auction at 25.8p which was fakin it

i fink cb's at 45p conversion more like it

I aks dozyduck wot he finked and he jus go quiets coz he dont like bein put on spot coz he wholly mamaouth hidin insight coz he knows it be good news if cb's at 45p

I also picked up on “we have the money” and “financiers are throwing money at us” but the main thing he wanted was to get the permits pushed.

Rene Ortiz did my head in though - I tho k he loves Nick and wants SOLG to be the next BHP.

BHP must be getting itchy feet to bid but I think we are well positioned as we are. Let’s do the funding announcement if “we have the money” Nick.

He also mentioned interest rates being very low - I think it’s gonna be a convertible bond job. Price? Anyone’s guess.

The way i read the situation is NM has no problems with Alpala and the government will sign whatever is needed to make sure the funding has government
Backing and assurance .

Not sure about the other 72 permits . We need to know what permits we have and what we dont .

Lowtrawler. Difficult to say as yesterday it went potty into the close and no news .

Someone trying to make it look like a sell off taking 2000 a time when 1 trade of 20k would have been quicker .

I have 50k at 26.2 if someone wants it .

The slow seller is doing a good job ..dragging everyone lower ..will he then buy 100k cheap .. nice play if he does .

Reasons to be cheerful...

Booking Holdings on 8 April issued $112.5 Billion Notes paying coupon of 0.75% and convertible into common stock at $1886.4 up to 2025 compared to a then current share price of $1372.06...that's a 37% premium to a stock price that had been $1230 only 5 days before...

I hold MAG Silver...the price has gone up since the financing...they did a $60 million issue to Sprott 30 April at $13.25 a share when the share price was $11.49 and the 10 day VWAP was only just over $10 a share...

The only news actually expected this week is on the 150m and offtake arrangement. Everything else is speculation. There are far too many permutations for us to consider on how other items may be funded. Let's wait for the news, then we won't be disappointed with its content.

RP - Don't forget that "NAV" is always based on 'NPV' - and Ive explained (backed up by history) that its never ever been anywhere near reflected in a share price. (Back to Dozing)

My guess...and it is a guess...is that there will be a significant Convertible element...seems like a no-brainer to me...interest yields the lowest in history...equity conversion sweetens the pill, so it comes down to the convertible price...that'as how NM will get his valuation closer to NAV than share price ..

Not ruling out a traders/smelters/offtake element...

I feel we're playing fantasy miner league. We can all speculate and there's even a small chance one of us is lucky and gets it right. What we need is news.
