22/1/2020 13:31 | I’m convinced it’s the latter Arcadian. | ![]() alwaysevolving
22/1/2020 13:25 | Thanks POB An intriguing insight but begging so many questions, the answers to which are not for the likes of us as they rest on the diplomatic and commercial negotiations to bring about such a massive development covering a number of years. Alternatively it just may be another signal to make interested parties aware of what they might be missing if SOLG does go for the production option. | ![]() arcadian
21/1/2020 19:53 | Article behind paywall #ecuador $SOLG $SOLG.L $CGP #cascabel SolGold "...SolGold to develop Alpala copper mine solo amid BHP, Newcrest interest - ceo Mather" | ![]() pob69

21/1/2020 13:00 | Noooo surely not a leak! The markets are squeaky clean these days y'know! :¬) One fine day the mere shareholders here will find out what's going on, but we have been in that situation for about a year now, and all we got was a court case from a dodgy disgruntled local that managed to slash the share price in half! | ![]() lefrene
21/1/2020 12:34 | lefrene , something or someone is pushing the cornerstone price up so a leak would seem sensible . And around we go again . Funding or an offer for the company seems to be the only way we are going to get a good rise in the short term . | ![]() mknight
21/1/2020 12:00 | Something is driving Cornerstone, presumably a deal of some sort is getting closer, but it's plain that nothing is happening until CGP has been sorted. The likes of Newcrest and BHP must have a very good idea of what it is going to cost to build the mine, and thus CGP will have a good idea of what their share of the costs would be, and know that they can't meet it. So are offers being made to them, and the rise in CGP is reflecting the offers being made? Not of course that I'm suggesting there's a leak!! | ![]() lefrene
21/1/2020 10:17 | As Loganair has suggested without finance the MRE3 will not move the price so maybe NM has decided that it would be a waste of time giving out the update . It would be better to announce funding for the project and MRE3 together . This of course if funding is close to being finalised which they have said on many occasions . | ![]() mknight
20/1/2020 15:38 | Cornerstone up 10 percent. 75 percent off their lows | ![]() mknight
20/1/2020 14:35 | The easing tensions in the trade war between US and China should assist BHP’s growth in FY20 and FY21, given that China accounts for around half of the world’s consumption of metals. In particular, it could lead to further strong demand for steel from China. Copper is another of BHP’s assets that has been performing strongly and is predicted to continue to do so. | ![]() loganair
20/1/2020 10:45 | ooohhh, I think you mean 'than' | shabadi
20/1/2020 10:42 | What is the confusion - by 2030 there will most probably be more EVs being sold per year in Europe then tradition combustion engine driven cars. | ![]() loganair
20/1/2020 10:35 | I'm confused, so EVs sold and then will come the trational ? | shabadi
20/1/2020 10:26 | Depends on ones definition of Fast - By 2030 there will most probably be more EVs sold in Europe then trational combustion engine driven cars. | ![]() loganair
20/1/2020 10:06 | Why would EV fast ? | shabadi
20/1/2020 10:03 | With all these EV coming on line soon we as a county are going to pay a heavy price for not investing in efficient power stations decades ago which would now be up and running. Imo if the change over to EV was to fast we would not cope. Then again the RIP off power company's would Jack up prices. | ![]() chavitravi2
20/1/2020 09:58 | orm expecting a great week, with the seller out!Mcap of 3 mil can not justify 5.5 mil cash and another asset without debts!Feel Sorry for previous shareholders who got the -70% drop after the sell of tungsten mine, but cash is twice the mcap without debts! | ![]() costax1654x

18/1/2020 11:58 | Interesting that the article focused on Santa Martha which was referenced in June; Having discovered a new mineralised epithermal field (Quillosis Prospect) 1km by 1.4km in the northern part of the Sharug 2 concession with grades of up to 39.6 g/t Au in rock chips, teams have continued to explore further south and have identified a potential porphyry copper gold molybdenum system prospect called Santa Martha. Nick Mather goes on to say "...My sincere congratulations to all of SolGold’s loyal and brilliant explorationists at every level in the Company for assembling this extraordinary portfolio and then finding the drill targets, everywhere.” | ![]() pob69
18/1/2020 09:45 | An interesting read and shows that Solgolds Alpala mine will be opening up just at the right time when the production and sale of EVs are just starting to take off. | ![]() loganair

17/1/2020 09:56 | haha - I see it now - Poster said the same thing in March 2019 and "strong buy". We know how that turned out. | shabadi |
