mknight, no I didn't, if you read the RNS Solg state 'present net value', I take "NET" to mean the value after all extraction costs. I feel they are being ambitious at 8% of gross to arrive at their 'net' value, hence I cut it in half.

I think that's my issue alwaysresolving, 'a year or so from now'. I've been here years. From 35 down to sub 3 and back. Well before Ecuador. From a substantial loss to a nice profit. I like the story here and continue to do so. I agree with everything lefrene says about the potential.

My big issue is when. I feel like I've been waiting for the one thing that causes this to fly and nothing quite does it.

On your previous post you forget to add
The costs of getting the product out of the ground.

You can’t fault anyone for selling the news and a profit is s profit at the end of the day but I have a feeling that people will be regretting selling when they look back a year or so from now?

Still believe we will be taken out for significantly more than today’s share price It’s what NM does.

This is just one mine from what could be many mines. They project break even from 3.5 to 3.8 years with a mine life of 49 to 66 years depending on rate of extraction, and put the present value at $4.1 to $4.8 billion. If you halved that to $2 to $2.25 billion you still have a value double that of todays share price. Plus a shed load of other good potential multi-billion dollar prospects in the back ground.

Sorry I didn't sell @ 46p.
Been treading water ever since.
Think all LTH's are very disappointed.

Shakespeare did rather well out of the battle of Agincourt, without getting cold, wet, and scared witless! :¬)

Good to get the weak holders out. Once they are gone price can reflect opportunity.

Yep, sold as well. I am nervous about the lack of reaction to the PEA and to the long term lack of any volume. Does not seem to be any institutional interest. May buy back in once the dust settles. May be too late by then of course if it shoot up. We shall see.

Sold over half as well .

NM needs to release something special now to get the share price up.

I would expect those more familiar with the company and its resources at least to confirm their previous valuations that SOLG is worth at least twice the current share price

This PEA was after all based on MRE2 not 3

Carrot been dangled in front of us for far too long.
Now we get THE RNS it will take time for us laymen to fully understand it.
Not the reaction i expected , although there is buying.
Lets hope for upsurge this afternoon.

Having waiting so long for the PEA it is a bit on an anticlimax.

While there is clearly long term value given the metal in the ground, what is going to propel the share price in the short term?

We are amateurs and despite any private investor opinion I think that I would prefer to wait for the comments of those who professionally are more connected to this company and the mining landscape..
