19/5/2020 07:55 | Give it a rest with the ramping BS, even holders are sick of it.......When NM actually signs something worthwhile the so will rise, if it doesn't it will drop. It's obvious he is trying hard to negotiate a deal in difficult times hence all the PR, imo, to pump the price. Still think a placing is on the cards....... | ![]() nas_daq

18/5/2020 23:04 | Glad someone can see where i am coming from .. Thought i was going mad 😁👍 Cornerstone is worth today around 56 million .. 75 million would be more than enough . Solgolds offer was 1 share of cornerstone for 0.55 of solgold shares They have 32 million shares at the time of the offer they had if memory serves me right 320 million So same deal as before would value the offer at approx 320 million x 15p = 48 millon pounds They would get to keep their other assets . Of course if Solgolds share go up then the deal looks attractive . | ![]() mknight
18/5/2020 22:03 | Cornerstone’s shareholding in SOLG is worth £51.3m. SOLG’s shareholding in cornerstone is worth £2.9m. Cornerstone will owe SOLG $51m (£41m) by Q1 2021. They own 15% of NPV of $4.4bn = £540m. A reasonable bid for this would be 40% = £216m. Less the debt = £175m. That’s top end. Or we wait to buy the NSR for $3.5m 🤣 | phattrader1
18/5/2020 20:40 | Lowtrawler Time is running out for Cornestone becauae at 15% they dont have any control of Solgold .soon they will have to come up with 51 million to pay for their part of the costs . The current RNS,s mention this so i dont think i am chasing shadows . They even sold shares in solgold in the last few weeks as they needed the money .. Everybody is entitled to their opinion and this is mine . To me it makes complete sense and no doubt will help with funding as its much better to own 100% than 85% . | ![]() mknight
18/5/2020 20:33 | Rouge Pierre is not invested here atm. He was ramping another stock this morning. Mknight is back in for the ride. Hahaha | phattrader1
18/5/2020 20:10 | Mk, you're chasing shadows and seeing things that are not there to see. We have been trying to get cornerstone for over a year and there is no indication we are any closer. We will find out last and it will happen to it's own timetable. | ![]() lowtrawler
18/5/2020 19:57 | Rougepierre So you dont believe that doing a deal with cornerstone would be a massive win for Solgold ? Seems to me NM has planed this all along . Just filter me if you dont like what i am saying and we will see later how this pans out . | ![]() mknight
18/5/2020 19:47 | Phat...McK...even I'm getting bored with your ridiculous ramping... Give it a break and get back to hard facts and objectivity please... | ![]() rougepierre
18/5/2020 19:14 | Lowtrawler I think tomorrow we will either know which way he is going or have a really good idea . Trading was different today .. many sells and the price didnot go down infact we had a very stong auction which bodes well for tomorrow . Would not be surprised to see us close tomorrow in the mid 30,s . Not a ramp in anyway just my reading of the Technicals and how we traded today . Cornestone is key for me and again would not be surprised to see some sort of deal in the next fewdays/weeks . If he gets an agreement with them it allows him to raise a billion for 10 percent of royalties . Not sure how that works out in the NPV but having 15% more at 5/8th of our share price in shares then selling then on for a billion makes good economic aense to me . Tomorrow is going to be interesting . | ![]() mknight
18/5/2020 18:59 | I think everybody is running ahead of themselves. I think we're all comfortable that in a takeover situation, the price will be higher. We will have a range of views on what the price might be. We can't influence whether it takes place or not but our views on probability it will happen are reflected by all investors in the price.More important is funding our other projects. Getting on with drilling the other sites and so announcing a 2nd or 3rd Alpala will have a greater impact on the price than a takeover. Obtaining this funding is the next milestone for SOLG. | ![]() lowtrawler
18/5/2020 18:41 | NM won't sell for less than what he knows the project is worth. And NM knows what Alpala and Cascabel is worth, and he knows that would-be acquirers know what it's worth. NM is no longer on the back ropes, he's got breathing space and a path to production. So if somebody wants it then they have to pay a proper price, and not a distressed sellers price. | ![]() lefrene
18/5/2020 18:12 | Phattrader do t think Nm will sell . | ![]() mknight
18/5/2020 18:10 | Yuff makes sense .. but can you work out why ? Not why it was closed today . | ![]() mknight
18/5/2020 18:04 | We are looking at 100p for Alpala alone. 125p-150p takeover. £3bn for 13 Alpala’s. A risk worth taking ONLY if permits are granted. | phattrader1
18/5/2020 17:27 | 50p take out max | ![]() jammytass

18/5/2020 17:06 | Its not ramping. Its raving. | ![]() dozyduck
18/5/2020 16:58 | All he does is ramp relentlessly If NM durably come up with the goods and it's looking increasingly like he won't this is going back to low 20s no matter what mkrampynight posts | ![]() nas_daq
18/5/2020 16:41 | 28.5 was a great finish. I sense unexpected news soon in terms of DEBT Funding of $2.7bn. Convertibsle at 80p. That will fuel this rocket ship. Inverse 28p and u get 82p. 🙃 | phattrader1
18/5/2020 16:37 | UT 28.50 UP 7.5% would you all sell off 10% for a billion And buy 15% for say 75 million ? Because that is what i think will happen . | ![]() mknight
18/5/2020 16:34 | My own figures had been suggesting 35-40% and so 25% is a bit of a relief. | ![]() lowtrawler
18/5/2020 16:26 | LT - "Only" 25% !! Drilling ? I can't see any solution other than 1) restructuring/hiving off into sepafrate/separately funded companies 2) Inviting someone to 'farm in" by carrying out the drilling in return for an initial share in the particular project (like CGP and Ensa) Why not someone ask tomorrow ! PS everyone forgets that 1) bank project loans are always the most cost effective for shareholders but 2) too much chipping away of the NPV also chips away at the vital measure for lenders which is the irr (ie the cover for their loan repayments) It is already not particularly brilliant, which is why ideas for more streaming or off-take deals are misguided. | ![]() dozyduck |
