If its only for 150m the games can continue without anyone getting upset .If NM signs for the lot then BHP either
Walk away or make an offer we cannot resist.

Phat, you might be correct but it is entirely speculation. The way you expressed it earlier was as known information. That sort of inside information would have been dynamite. As it is, we still await the news.

My source is nothing but my thoughts.

BHP to SOLG: "I see you're raising $2.85bn. Maybe we can help at 45p a share again?"

Solg: "No - that is too low and would take you above 30% and then you would need to bid"

BHP to SOLG: "We will buy you for 60p if that works?"

Solg: "No not really - with copper shortages in 2022-2023 and Gold about to double over the next 2 years, Alpala alone will be worth $10-20bn. With a development plan we will be valued at £1 to 2 /share!"

BHP to SOLG: "Let us come back to you!"

Solg: "We are raising funding from smelters/traders and have hired Citi for bid defence and fundraising work. Expect funding within 8 weeks!"

BHP to SOLG: "Let us bid for you. 70p final offer."

Solg: "I'm afraid you will have to up your bid or we will sign it NOW!"

As a shareholder, why would BHP want us to sign an offtake agreement when they can fund it themselves.
This is why I think we are at a standstill.

This is a stand-off between a BHP bid being agreed and announced, and SOLG going for the offtake.

SOLG secretly want a reasonable bid for £4bn.

The directors credibility will be in shreds if they don't announce something this week. Yes, it's possible that the offtake financing has prompted some kind of takeover offer. If so, I still think they will need to tell us this week.Loss of credibility at board level in a small company like this can really tank the price.

ATVI Nasdaq ...

My son who is 15 and like all his mates are on playstation far too much were taking last night . I asked him what games they were playing etc he told me the best game and how he was playing it with people around the world . So by chance the results were out last night and i put 10k on to get him invoiced telling him profits would be for him .

The share smashed forcasts and looks like it has along way to go imho . If you want a bullet proof share for CV .
buy it .

You post as if favourable funding is a guarantee, I suspect you are going to be hugely disappointed.
