BHP now running the show at Alpala, plus we now have a 37p ceiling.

Company will be forced to sell off other licences to raise funds, we can assume that's not happening any time soon otherwise this BHP deal would not have happened.

Where else were they going to get the money? A vastly discounted open offer! There's precious little risk financing available and SOLG have nothing yet bankable.

MK - lets think 25p and be happy if its more. oh dear - another duff prediction.

22.15 is a slap in the face, diluted our holding again and raised enough funds to keep the company going for just another 6 months.

I wonder if the departure of Anna is related to this leak.

Feel like I have bought near the bottom. This is now a long term hold for me

Agreed Dimitri. It opens the path towards long term gains and 70p plus is not unrealistic in the next 18 months.

The current market cap reflects less than 0.25% of the value of the total in ground metal that Solg controls, BHP knows it's stunningly cheap.

If it's untrue, they would be obliged to make an announcement.

Initially yeah, but it’s about the long term game here and if they are prepared to put more money in, i look at the price, ceteris paribus, as a floor rather than a limit.

Rightly or wrongly, the SOLG price is likely to take its lead from how much BHP are paying. If the placement is at 25p, it is unlikely to rise much above that My takeaway is that BHP, an insider, are happy to invest in SOLG which should give us all comfort in the licenses and ongoing prospects.

Do the company have to put out a statement or have bhp officially confirmed their intention?

Wow. Perhaps the key word there is planning or planned. So they haven't acquired the stock yet? Someone might be in trouble. What will they have to pay for the stock unless they are Simply gonna get a mates rate from a placement for so called funding...

The climb so far is a good start but where will it stop? That should give a good indication of how much BHP are paying.

No, why would they give it away, previous raises were 40p, plus things are far more advanced now project wise and resources wise.
