28/10/2019 11:27 | Mam fach Seems to me that even a great Mre3 will not move it more than a couple of p. They could say we have found a further 50 percent more copper and gold and still we wont be back to 40p . Funding news ... permits or a massive purchase by BHP or Newcrest at a much higher price seem to be the only movers here . | ![]() mknight
28/10/2019 11:12 | mnight, the market as a whole seems to be wanting to reduce risk, it wants certainty and thus until finance for extraction is confirmed, or a sale to a big hitter happens, then it would seem likely to struggle. These RNS's at least make Solg a better prospect for a lender whoever it is that ends up mining it. One hopes we have finally seen the last of the distressed valuation here, and that it moves steadily towards a value that reflects the opportunity. | ![]() lefrene
28/10/2019 11:09 | The uncertainty of how big this monster is holding share price down. Doesn't make any sense does it. Last time i'm saying this still time for a top up. GLA | ![]() mam fach
28/10/2019 11:01 | Lefrene Ment 0z.s its 3xtimes our market as we we stand. Difficult to understand the current value i thought mimimum 25p today . Looks like a bid or funding is the only way the share price is going to go up to a sensible level . Add permits to that as well . | ![]() mknight
28/10/2019 10:56 | SP Angel comments Solgold $SOLG $SOLG.L $CGP #cascabel #ecuador. "Conclusion: As Solgold completes more detailed work for the DFS, it has identified improved metallurgical recovery and the ability to produce higher grade, and potentially highly marketable, concentrates from the Alpala project. These tests provide detailed data for flowsheet design, improved capital and operating cost information and should enhance project economics. The work is continuing and may yet show further opportunities - we look forward to further reports as the testing progresses though Phase 2 and into pilot plant work next year." | ![]() pob69
28/10/2019 10:48 | mknight, I should take the time to read the RNS and not rely on anothers interpretation. It's 4.4 million ounces, and not 4 million tons!! Still very nice to have another 4.4 million ounces x $1500 worth $6.6 billion, probably net worth to Solg circa $1.2 billion after extraction, taxes etc, etc. I hope this is the start of a series of RNS's that finally leads to getting this business re-rated as a global miner. | ![]() lefrene
28/10/2019 10:37 | Reality is, we are still at a measly 22p! This a lonnnnng way to go to reach value parity. We just ADDED $8.7BILLION in value, never mind the previous value PLUS MRE3 to come. The market is way out of whack here. | ![]() greenelf
28/10/2019 10:28 | I think the price will continue to rise. The news was outstanding . Most institutional holders dont buy as quickly as P.I,s. | ![]() mknight

28/10/2019 09:07 | Don't expect great deal of movement in share price. Would be happy o be proven wrong. Oh for the good old days when price would have shot up and climbed and climbed. Frustrating to say the least. | ![]() mam fach
28/10/2019 09:03 | You should have mentioned it before, that recovery chemistry was going to improve. | ![]() greenelf
28/10/2019 08:56 | Today's announcement was already expected and so I'm not surprised at the limited impact on the price. Hopefully the first of this week's RNS's. An announcement on licenses should have more of a price impact. Any announcement on financing is the biggie though. | ![]() lowtrawler

28/10/2019 08:42 | Agreed that the Chinese could well be interested in developing further the mining industry in the country and geopolitical implications... hxxps://www.aljazeer | ![]() pob69
28/10/2019 08:34 | pob69, Thank you for that link, one has to wonder if the Chinese would be interested in buying another nearby prospect? Now that would help Solg get Alpala off the ground. Great RNS, so 4 million tons of gold isn't worth 1p on the price? A ton of gold is currently worth $54 million multiply by 4 million and you have quite a large number! Add it to the already known discoveries, and it's an even bigger number. | ![]() lefrene
28/10/2019 08:26 | Pathetic start. God forbid we released a bad news RNS. | ![]() francoismyname
