Seems Ecuador is still a high risk country to operate in. May explain what si holding us back a bit

Interesting market today . News that Newmont are under attack by Barrick gold seems to have caused a mini retrace .Maybe some believe this to be bad news for Solg .

Other news is that PEA is on track to be annouced in Q1 so thats anytime from now until the 31st of March most know my views of when this will come out but even if i am wrong we would get the news within the next few weeks .

The sellers today may be able to get back in cheaper but i would not be playing that game with PEA so close and major offers being made by the big boys for large tier 1 projects .

One of those widely spread market rumours that no one confirms and no one denies so it just sits out there waiting to be reported.

There are lots of reasons to be cautious, of course. Mostly at the management level. And timelines are complicated.

• Barrick announced 2019 guidance of 5.1-5.6Moz of gold and all-in-sustaining of $870
to 920/oz.
• Newmont announced 2019 guidance of 5.2Moz op gold +/- 5% at all-in-sustaining of
$935/oz.
• Simple math suggest the combined company will produce +10Moz of gold with AISC
in the range of 900/oz.

Level 2 is close to useless currently. Each side is hiding large postiion. Can buy 100k without any problem and can sell a decent chunk as well. ABout 750k needed to get over 38.
At least now the bid is healthier and can absorb the chunkier sells

Never mind the price of gold.
Concentrate on price SOLG.
By the time all their gold is mined price of gold will be way above today's.
40p soon and that's just for starters.
