10/11/2017 14:04 | Sounds quite a possibility, the tax losses may well be attractive to BOOT. Anybody caught here would no doubt be grateful for any crumb cast their way. | ![]() lefrene
10/11/2017 13:36 | Nice find thank you TacticalTrader. Very likely a holding company has been created to takeover those long term worker accommodation sites, as I would call those "core assets" with a bit of an income stream for an insider. I see SQN has declined a bit, I wonder if they have lost money on this investment? | ![]() lefrene
09/11/2017 11:43 | The penny dropped for me twistednik when I went past a yard on the M4 and saw it full of stacked temporary accommodation boxes, plainly having been there unwanted for a long time. As you say another AiM money pit where whizzo types with no skin in the game, splash other peoples money about on a 'good idea'. I suspect that whoever now owns the boxes will be offering them to charities for refugees to use, and whoever authorised lending them money on those boxes is probably looking for a new job. | ![]() lefrene
09/11/2017 11:13 | Oh well, no-one can say they didn't see this coming ! Shareholders wiped out in another AIM money pit. With a bit of sense, most private investors probably pulled the rip cord on this one a long time ago. Right... who needs some plastic boxes? | ![]() twistednik
08/11/2017 12:08 | One wonders into who's hands the boxes will fall? Can't see the financiers wanting to take charge of a load of boxes, and yet there must still be some useful life in plenty of them. A phoenix operation about to spring up? | ![]() lefrene
08/11/2017 11:48 | Time to amend the thread title to: Rest easy, Snoozebox. Those sells in the last hour of trading: what remarkable foresight. | ![]() orange1
11/10/2017 17:38 | Are all the trade sales shown as "SELL" accurate? Or are they in fact BUYS? Thanks for any reply | picasso2
22/9/2017 07:21 | I went to the sperm clinic today, the receptionist asked if I would like to masturbate in the cup... I said, "I'm good, but I'm not sure I'm ready for competition." When I was younger a selfie was something we had to do when the wife wasn't in the mood. Its hard to explain puns to kleptomaniacs because they always take things literally | jenniferzz
25/8/2017 08:51 | Larger than normal volume yesterday. Targets on the chart are 0.55 then 0.9. The downside is minimal, unless they do a big fundraise or something else along those lines. If they can somehow make this work, more contracts.etc ,this would go north pretty quick. It looks more neutral than negative at the moment I think. | recordz
24/8/2017 12:34 | Some of the cabs are surprisingly roomy. Not long ago a business friend invited myself and others to a 'cab warming' of a new acquisition to his fleet, a top of the range MAN. With the bunks folded back and the front passenger seat also folded away, there were nine of us stood up in it with plenty of elbow room chatting and tippling, it also had a cooker and fridge in there, but of course no toilet or shower. So plenty of room but that doesn't meet the legal requirement to take the weekly rest break away from the vehicle. Most of Europe ignores the regulation, as indeed Europe generally only seems to apply regs that suit themselves! But anyway as this company is all but on it's uppers, somebody could look into if they have nothing better to do, there might be a crust there. | ![]() lefrene
24/8/2017 11:24 | Yeah, I was thinking that, some have a space behind them in the cab, suppose they'd have to ask a fair few and see what they think about it. Give em a chance to get away from the inside of the cab, maybe. But it would be better than sleeping in a car, anyway. | recordz
24/8/2017 09:55 | Truck Stops might be a place start, as the 45hr weekly rest rule is increasingly being enforced. Legally the weekly rest has to be taken away from the truck, and quite a few European operators are falling foul of this, as they expect their drivers to sleep in the truck over that weekly rest break. It would be a bit ironic as the cabs are going to be a more attractive place in which to sleep than a tiny snooze box. | ![]() lefrene
24/8/2017 09:35 | All they need to do, is find places where it calls for this type of accommodation. They're aiming for motorway rest-stops apparently. | recordz
24/8/2017 09:19 | I think the debt puts people off, when any good news comes along here ,even with the Mkt cap at only £813k. Needs a few more contracts, then it should respond I think. | recordz
24/8/2017 08:54 | must be accommodation in wick (wind farm, and shortage of accommodation). Cant see any re-rate unless/until they keep announcing steady stream of orders. I am afraid with brexit, and a government unwilling to spend...that seems unlikely...sorry, I wish it were otherwise. | ![]() mhin2
24/8/2017 08:04 | Start of the re rate.. | ![]() letmepass |
