Agreed about XEL, it's been substanially derisked and is now at a different phase - it feels like a nice safe bet, as to CHAR, I think a lot of people are smarting after that duster but what with the upcoming spud it looks like fun there again soon - alleged oil seeps spotted at Nimrod too :)

Great coincidence re the Merkel issue as it was brought up on a VMP board a day or two ago. I feel there was great truth in Silvio's comment even if he is almost as big a plonker as Lozan.

I hope you are enjoying your weekend with a mega hangover as I am - hair of the dog et al hic - ttfn.

now take CHAR ... that IS a very, very high impact stock atm ... a massive drill pending lol ... and yet there's barely a handful of posters on there??? ... it should really be the other way around? ... most odd ... hmmm ... maybe it's just a sign of the times? ... posters are confused LOL ... their risk/reward radars are not functioning properly :)

lol ... not entirely sure most XEL posters really understand what a developer/producer is like LOL ... it is generally boring (well boring lol) ... all about red tape, funding plans, reservoir tests ... it ain't what most are used to LOL ... it's a grind ... but they try to make it sound "high impact" ... it isn't ... most of these posters are really in the wrong share for their risk profile lol ... I mean if the most exciting thing is a reserve based lending deal ... ffs LOL ... makes me laugh bud ... I like the firm as a fairly de-risked asset play ... but why it's generating so many posts is beyond me??? lol ... I mean if Bentley was say part of a bigger firm ... these procedures would hardly get a mention lol ... maybe these posters are a legacy from the old higher-risk XEL? ...

Is that pic of you in defense mode on the XEL thread? You're holding your ground there admirably. XEL boards on III and LSE infested with the deramping c*nts as you've probably noticed. Don't let being one of the only voices of reason grind you down pal. Just back from playing a gig, Chris Huhne and his lady pal were there, very low key, interesting lol.

minus 0.24% bunds LOL ... you pay them now!!!

Germany sold 1.29 billion euros ($1.63 billion) of index-linked bonds maturing in April 2023 with a so-called real yield of minus 0.24 percent, according to data today from the Bundesbank.

no wonder Merkel looks so hacked off, poor dear.... I wonder if she bought a load of Faecesbook shares at the excrutiating premium that the Germans had to pay on floatation? Might explain her dour demeanour and resistance to budging her stance with Stavros and co.
Whacky, whacky times....
