We need to see what Frank says in response. An acid test for his assertions made repeatedly that M&A in this area is hit and the multiples are established but not at levels of a couple of years ago. I agree let's get a better price and move on

The more investors that email Frank /co the more likely it will be accepted .We are now in play .Without a bid we will be below 82p for a long time so it's basically whether we can extract a higher offer over time .I'm happy to take the cash and reinvest somewhere else .Well done Frank on repricing your options ..nice profit !

A lot more than this, what has helped is that the share price has just been very depressed.

Well I wonder if they can extract a bit more or this brings on other interest ? Not what I hoped for and doesn't get me level but from where we are I would take it if they got a few pence more

Eiffel Investment Group on behalf of FCPI FORTUNE EUROPE 2016-2017

They have sold nearly 30% of their holding and may be looking to sell the rest so this may be weak for a while

Wouldn't expect the share price to react much to such neutral results. Still that annoying minor cash burn even with 1.1m disposal of A+K. However, good to start seeing reduced losses at the same time as higher revenue, could be the start of a turnaround if customers are sticky enough. Personally, I don't see the point of simply trying to value as a multiple of ARR with revenue growth of only 16% (good but not spectacular) and ongoing cash burn as of end July. I expect most investors will be looking to the improvement in the bottom line, but the job isn't done yet.

Software companies often trade 3 or 4 times AAR.

Significant product update announced today should help to enhance market positioning and revenues. On considering the competitive environment is being fought on product and service quality requiring ongoing investment and development, it is most likely unfair to look to bottom-line valuations and instead consider the growth in asset and IP values or EV/Sales along with the ARR and ARPU stats.

Management are focussed on the end goal & everything else is fluff . That means producing a valuable asset as one of the last independent players worth 5x or more ARR
. That includes ;
1. SAAS business only (done),
2.strong ARR growth (done +51.5%,+39.6%,+32.7%,+12.7% Exp & aiming to grow ),
3. Cash generating & profitable (done at operating level ),
4.international spread of revenues (done UK,US,Uus,NZ,Korea +Taiwan +Germany just starting ).

maybe so @weatherman, because most of the fundamentals aside from their beloved metrics ARR and ARPU have sucked so far

Depends how you measure success - ARR now £5.8m, but they have converted nav from over 40p to near 6p.

Agreed ,does feel like we are on the way up again .Maybe it's now the norm that directors salaries aren't enough and they are entitled to dilute long suffering shareholders after large falls in the share price .Surely salaries should be enough to incentivise hard work ?
