NAV up 33% in 2021 from 167.8p to 223.24p.

Paid 206.7p today, 7.4% discount to nav and 5.3% annual dividend yield plus any specials.

It’s certainly a good time to buy in terms of the NAV - that’s a big discount. As long as the assets perform it’ll do ok. I feel there is a bit of nervousness about. Many of my smaller (mostly growth) shares have taken a tanking over the last 6 weeks. Luckily had playtech which has kept me in the black this month.

NAV has dropped about 17p. Bid price has dropped around 35. Not only has the discount widened, but so has the spread.

NAV 31.12.20 to 14.04.2021:
ASIT +28.9%
SDV +30.2%

Similar smaller company trusts, both gears by a Zero. ASIT on a reducing 11% Discount t0o NAV.

That's good, as long as u have something better to switch into. I don't, so am long term hold. Uk smallcap value is this years winner.

I'd say 250 is achievable. We've been told for months now that UK small caps and value are the place to be.
