At 162 offered the annual dividend of 10p equates to a yield is 6.17%. Should also be an increase this year ... I also wonder if they will issue in addition a special dividend in 2021 having missed this year.

What is with the Net Asset RNS stream, on 28/10/2020 both Net and Total Assets reported as £0m.

Then on the 30/10/2020, Net is now £25m but the Total (same as Gross?) is reported as £0.11m?

I assume this means £40.11m???



Anyway, due to the ZDPs/debt leverage, I roughly work out that a 1% rise (or fall) in asset values roughly equates to a 1.5% rise (or fall) in NAV.

With the tide turning this has the potential to flip from a significant discount to that of a significant premium to its NAV.

Think there are a lot of holdings here that have been particularly adversely affected by covid. Portfolio is mostly mature profitable cos rather than growth, so I guess these are coming back into fashion.

I think its fair to say I've had worse weeks.

Not sure, some portfolio companies doing well, like Marstons, but I'm not complaining abt the rise.

No. Current discount to NAV is small, if feel the need to average down wait till this is 10% or larger.

About 3 years ago it was one of my best investments.. probably should have sold. Oh well , Keep collecting the dividends

Indeed, prob my worst investment over the last few years. Should have just bought a global tracker, would have done so much better.
