04/12/2020 14:52 | At 162 offered the annual dividend of 10p equates to a yield is 6.17%. Should also be an increase this year ... I also wonder if they will issue in addition a special dividend in 2021 having missed this year. ATB | flagon
04/12/2020 14:30 | Over 160p, and still on a discount, small one though. | chc15
28/11/2020 16:49 | Discount to nav now just a few points | my retirement fund
17/11/2020 13:10 | Today's RNS shows a 4.17p jump in NAV. | flagon
16/11/2020 13:40 | Hope so, I'm back in profit now. I have reinvested the divs for years, maybe next yr I'll will switch to pay out. | chc15
16/11/2020 13:13 | Should be trading north of £1.50 bit of a laggard here imo | my retirement fund
13/11/2020 16:13 | Nav at 140, still at a discount. | chc15
11/11/2020 12:27 | What is with the Net Asset RNS stream, on 28/10/2020 both Net and Total Assets reported as £0m. Then on the 30/10/2020, Net is now £25m but the Total (same as Gross?) is reported as £0.11m? I assume this means £40.11m??? Anyway, due to the ZDPs/debt leverage, I roughly work out that a 1% rise (or fall) in asset values roughly equates to a 1.5% rise (or fall) in NAV. | taylor20
11/11/2020 11:48 | With the tide turning this has the potential to flip from a significant discount to that of a significant premium to its NAV. | my retirement fund
10/11/2020 14:20 | Nav at 133 close yesterday. Could this be the change from growth to value, who knows. | chc15
10/11/2020 13:50 | Think there are a lot of holdings here that have been particularly adversely affected by covid. Portfolio is mostly mature profitable cos rather than growth, so I guess these are coming back into fashion. I think its fair to say I've had worse weeks. | dr biotech
10/11/2020 13:21 | Not sure, some portfolio companies doing well, like Marstons, but I'm not complaining abt the rise. | chc15
10/11/2020 12:34 | What is going on there - it seems to have moved to a significant premium. | 18bt
10/11/2020 12:09 | Nice rise today, just hope it can move on from here.. | chc15
10/10/2020 18:47 | It's worth remembering that I set up a new thread when the company changed its name. I have forgotten myself a couple of times. | aleman
07/10/2020 14:10 | Topped up at 108 yesterday .. | chc15
06/10/2020 11:53 | Thx, although not sure how this affects the portfolio here. I might add a touch. | chc15
06/10/2020 11:51 | I think there is an assumption that Northern Ireland, Wales and (most of) England will follow. | aleman
06/10/2020 11:32 | Why's this taking a dip? , must be 10% discount now.. | chc15
27/9/2020 12:23 | Yes thx, discount has narrowed, will wait | chc15
25/9/2020 22:16 | No. Current discount to NAV is small, if feel the need to average down wait till this is 10% or larger. | dr biotech
25/9/2020 14:29 | Dropping back, not good. Do I keep averaging down here?. | chc15
18/8/2020 21:21 | About 3 years ago it was one of my best investments.. probably should have sold. Oh well , Keep collecting the dividends | noiseboy
18/8/2020 16:40 | Indeed, prob my worst investment over the last few years. Should have just bought a global tracker, would have done so much better. | chc15 |
