How can you invest in blind forecasts?

Tell you what though. If Croda step up, and give those forecasts to their holders, you may have a chance. But the fact they will NOT add the forecasts here, setting expectations anew there, says it all

NO product to invest in (obviously as nobody can say what it is)

NO forecast deemed strong enough for Croda to add to own accountability

NO market dealing in such forecasts (not idiots)

NO market dealing in a product they know nothing about (what investor would?)

And earnings getting slammed, given it is the only reality they had to produce by law.

Earnings has taken a 16% hit so far. What can you extrapolate from that? The market does not see value in the hopes, relative to the reality of actuals? Why is that?
