Dermatechnics Patents and trademarks net book value £10,374 Jan 2021

Perhaps that forms the bulk of the skinbio patents and trademarks £801,850 June 2024 ?

Can’t think what else it could be really? How much are the axis patents ?

And a few million paid as a goodwill gesture etc

All in all, every £1 spent does seem like it deserves to be classed as Invested cash flows.

Im just working out the expected returns on the £ now, according to monte carlo and sensitivity

318K represents a sizeable proportion of the monies raised. Great value, for a template email.

I dont know anything about AIM regs, but I assume it would be queried by the regulator and then satisfied after a 5 star dinner

Not sure how you’d value them really. I suppose you could argue that’s cheap,if the business couldn’t operate without them. But the trick seems to be to wait 5 years for reduced rights , then just set up skinbiotics.co.uk ?

....

Valuation is a bit tricksy. Maybe you could look to similar imaginations and refer to those values, and ignore the earnings numbers published

Tbf, it is not a league table that many bother with. But imo, it should be.

It's sort of like a remuneration performance measure be it in sector or index etc. Hard to argue against such tables

I don't think the percentage is a bad thing though

i like to see some people doing well at least

Tbh im always annoyed when the remuneration based EPS has a 10% gap not in favour of PI's. Now i just feel numb

Loss per share for PI's circa 1.54p

Staff earnings average at +0.0056p share

Rough calc

So in essence, the gap between staff and investors for EPS is -27,400%

Inventory is carried at the lower of cost and net realisable value, using the first in first out method. Appropriate provisions for estimated irrecoverable amounts due to slow-moving or obsolete inventory are recognised in the income statement where there is objective evidence that the assets are impaired.......

Might make a provision for imagination as well

That would require extensive detailed work to have such an outlook on something the market has never seen. A bit early for capitalisation i think but it does help

Every little helps
