If you consider the 'true' market values of the acquisitions (as market would value), plus earnouts et etc that are part of the total cost, it is impossible to see how intangibles do not total -2M

Going to be awful if cash based accounting is introduced as mandatory as is recommended in some circles. All we will see is cash raised 10 times and expenses
