Too much or not enough? BoV has just had 110m options signed off by Tobe, paid a £65k salary for his troubles. Exercisable at 0.5p, that little gift represents a collective gain of over four million quid to be shared out among the scoundrels for the OML 65 zero revenue fuk up and an $85m debt mountain.

With respect rosso4u, the bod would have to be forced out....there's no way on earth that they'll give up the Golden Goose that keeps laying the golden salaries....for 4.5p?.





I had hoped we'd have been home and dry with the NIMA deal a few years ago...Hindsight tells us that there was plenty of oil and gas in the ground of which we were entitled to 40%...but the deal collapsed...(this lot doesn't like partners.)...they'd rather give the deal up than take a partner on board.....that's why I'm not holding my breath for the Angola deal...The only thing I'm interested in is ...what excuse will they come up with if it goes up?.....no doubt they'll blame it on some one else....ie, it was 'beyond our control' type of get out statement....and move onto another money sucking venture.

AJBell are one of JPJs reccomended brokers. Maybe they are connected into their trading platform and an NT order places an order on JPJ

My belief is that anyone who is expecting a knight in shining armour to appear out of the fog on a white charger to buy out Tende plc at a super price, is likely to be sadly disappointed.

But that's just my pessimistic opinion!

No lender in their right mind would put a further loan facility (up to $50m) on the table in Nov 2024 without knowing Angola full legal completion. So what's holding up the news release for 18-31-27 acquisition?
