30/1/2025 15:15 | Reading the ensuing events of 2018 is a real cracker Amazing how they manage to fuk up every single thing they touch. Bobo Sadim. But keep those salaries rolling in chaps. | ![]() rosso4u

30/1/2025 03:44 | Thanks Doc, appreciate the information. I thought Perenco was only interested in Cosmos and the southern onshore was going to be part of a trade involving ENI's offshore Mahmood(sp?) terminal. Are you saying that Perenco will be taking 90% of all of Tende's operations, onshore and offshore? I believe that the non operated portion was making about 120 bbl and 1 mmscfd of gas from the non operated properties and 500 bbl per day from BBT. Tende's share will be 60 bbl per day and hardly worth keeping an office open especially if Cosmos is 18 months away from generating capital. Why would they want this hassle if oml 65 and others will be much larger. Something doesn't fit here. | ![]() brian helicopter

29/1/2025 22:16 | "All are talking that tende purchased Eni tazarka" This is the message received this evening from my ATOG Tunisia contact. The info is from an ATOG employee. Why would Tende, now with only a 10% holding in ATOG, go ahead with acquiring the twin Tazarka flowstations, one offshore the other onshore, to handle oil coming out of Cosmos in due course? Surely the new Co. buying 90% of ATOG would make such a purchase. | ![]() rosso4u
29/1/2025 22:09 | Good spot, Mr Helicopter. Office Jnr has been let loose again, misinforming all ATOG employees that ATOG has been renamed as Tende Energy. What instead has happened is that the subsidiary ATOG Sahara Ltd was renamed Tende Energy Sahara Ltd on 25 Jan. This is to reflect the fact that Tende Energy PLC is now a 10% shareholder in this subsidiary's equity, with 1m of the new 10m share capital. This subsidiary presides over the onshore Southern assets of the Tunisia portfolio. Await developments as to what's happening with Anglo Tunisian Oil and Gas, + its holding Co. ATOG Midco Ltd. I understand that the name ATOG is about to completely disappear in Perenco's 90% t/o proceedings. | ![]() rosso4u
29/1/2025 16:26 | Brian, I take some comfort from the fact that there are a number of large, and presumably influential, shareholders in Tende Energy plc who are unlikely to take kindly to being fandangled! | ![]() vatnabrekk
29/1/2025 16:15 | Can anyone provide an update on the structure between all of the entities? I see that ATOG Sahara is being changed to Tende Energy Sahara- is this to accomodate the 10% that Tende is retaining in the properties? It would be helpful to see the different entities and teh properties or affiliations with each. I would like to get some comfort that all of the valuable assets aren't being moved to Dubai and us shareholders get stuck with UK registered companies with litle or no value. Can anyone provide some degree of comfort that all of the money that is being generated, or will be generated isn't defltected to another entity that has fandangled its way through charges and or side deals? | ![]() brian helicopter
29/1/2025 15:36 | Noddy's $81,000 is awarded (by himself) for basically chairing the 2-member remuneration committee which dishes out $2m for lack of performance year after year. All paid for out of loan monies. You scratch my back.... | ![]() rosso4u

29/1/2025 08:12 | 3 ticks lol. It would take nothing short of a miracle to restore sentiment here. In all honesty I am not convinced by the latest background rumours, how could anyone. They destroyed any shread of trust or belief long time way back. I pray for all our sakes that this time is different. Good luck everyone. | ![]() chuffy1972
28/1/2025 22:26 | I will be astounded if they don't come back with answers to the questions that have been put to them. They will be aware that these questions are from a group of 70 shareholders with a combined holding of almost 9%. That is a lot of clout, enough to call a general meeting if necessary. And enough to cause them undue embarrassment at the AGM which I'm sure they will want to avoid. Surely they're not so arrogant as to ignore that situation. | ![]() vatnabrekk
28/1/2025 21:51 | AGM is an obligation, dont hold your breath that it is linked to anything good for us! | ![]() bestdeal1 |
