08/1/2021 18:04 | Oliver, its a bit early for boozing don't you think ? | xerot
08/1/2021 16:54 | Actually no I don't, but the first ATOG instalment would be something huge - the very first ownership of part of a real producing oil company!! | vatnabrekk
08/1/2021 16:42 | Sirius would have made an announcement. Hmmmmm.🤔.Do you think we are still involved with 109 VAT ? | bronislav
08/1/2021 16:29 | Not so sure about that Doc. I think SRSP would have made an announcement if the first instalment had been paid across. It would be a major event if SRSP was to become owner of 20% of a producing company, surely something to shout from the rooftops about! | vatnabrekk
08/1/2021 15:45 | I think hotrocka mentioned some kind of protest had brought onshore production to a halt. Wondered if it had started up again, so generating some smallish revenue for Sirius if the first instalment of partnership has been paid (which I`m led to believe has happened). | dr rosso
08/1/2021 14:10 | DrR - The top 2 fields mentioned state production status | qprallan
08/1/2021 13:55 | Are ATOG fields currently producing? | dr rosso
08/1/2021 12:04 | Another day, another dollar. | htrocka2
08/1/2021 11:24 | Nope, absolutely agreed Astral. Great post 👍 | futureisbright
08/1/2021 10:05 | Surely by spring we have to be relisted or should know a timescale towards this by then. 2p would be a good starter if we get further deals announced. | aventador
08/1/2021 09:28 | Re consolidation, we will just have to see what happens but it will be no surprise if it does happen.I'm not too worried either way.Don't matter how many shares are in issue, more shares can always be issued consolidation or not.In effect the relisting is a new start so it makes sense, if the company want to consolidate, to do it on relist. Absolutely no reason why the consolidated share can't go on to do very well, how well the shares do will be a function of the deals, prospects etc.Consolidation does offer some benefits, it can be hard to be taken 'seriously' when you've got umpteen billion shares in issue, institutions, if that's who we want to attract, want to see a 'sensible ' share price rather than a penny tiddler.Just my take and if others don't share that view, no problem at all with me. It's out of our hands anyway. | astralvision
08/1/2021 09:01 | Not sarcastic comments at all Future is bright I am just bowing to your superior knowledge ! | solarno lopez
08/1/2021 07:39 | Yes have to agree with that view twenty every share I have also seen consolidate has been a disaster. Also I think I personally would prefer warrants at 1p then a open offer least with warrants you can hold fire and see what happens on relist. Rather then shell out more money on a open offer then run the risk of whats said in a AD never happening | deadly nightshade
08/1/2021 06:21 | Every time I’ve been in a share that’s been consolidated, the price falls. At a penny this share wouldn’t drop much more. In a 20:1 consolidation it could fall through the floor again with lack of progress or updates. | twentysixpointtwo
08/1/2021 06:17 | What so they can dilute again with little recourse? The high number of shares is a reminder to the board how much money people have invested for little return right now so I think they should keep the shares as is. Astral your views dont always add up in the real world. | xerot
08/1/2021 04:20 | Yes, I agree astral. | 5cer
08/1/2021 02:25 | Why? It's an obvious thing to do. | astralvision
08/1/2021 01:22 | Politely shut up about consolidating shares | 1sonic
08/1/2021 01:02 | I wonder if they will look to consolidate the shares on any relist. Makes sense to do it then. I would thing something like 20 for 1, would bring 5bn-10bn shares down to a more manageable 250m-500m. If 1p is the old sp, new one would be 20p, just for example. | astralvision
07/1/2021 23:16 | How about 1 for 3 ? | riskybisky
07/1/2021 21:36 | Open offer will be for ALL shareholders i assume so a an opportunity for ALL shareholders to increase their holding.we already have 3.6 billion+shares so how many will be offered to each shareholder.? 1 for every 10 =360 million shares collective. | bronislav
07/1/2021 20:59 | Thanks astra, I was just thinking say for instance we have a Megga AD and attached is a open offer to existing holders for say 1p a share then in theory on relist we could then potentially be looking at a instant gain if we say relist at 1.5p - 2p range. All in theory of course and dependent on us getting a Megga AD and as you say closing this Nigerian deal. so might just be wishful thinking on my part at the moment, but all the same keeps some positivity going here | deadly nightshade
07/1/2021 20:26 | I wouldn't really view it as a dividend, as that's money coming in and subscribing for share in an open offer is money going out with whatever risk that that entails. The fact that they've mentioned that they intend to include existing shareholders in any capital raise via an open offer indicates, to me, they are trying to be fair. We should get the opportunity to invest at the same level as others taking part. I think that is as much as they can reasonably do. As I said earlier, most issues are priced to go, everyone wants to see the shares get off to a good start and thus those that take part in the OO should do well. But we need to see the AD first, SRSP need to close the Nigerian transaction before we can talk about open offers and relisting. | astralvision |
