How many current investors, and a fair few are on this thread, are prepared to buy more through JPJ?I'm certainly not one of them. SherlOck's mate has done. Any other takers?SRSP have already said that they intend that existing investors should be able to take part in any equity raise so why would anyone bother with JPJ?I'm all ears.....Carr, Solarno, take it you guys are lining up to buy through JPJ?.....

Yep - there’s always a few that know better but really come on - none of it makes any sense. Roll on some decent relisting news.

I can understand it. Completely.Ok, so there's somebody new to Srsp, he looks up past history, cash on hand, deals completed. Are you seriously saying he's going to get onto JPJ to see if he can manage to get a few K in an illiquid one way stock? No way. There's plenty of shares on Aim/LSE that offer plenty of upside with the added bonus of liquidity and transparent info.Or there's someone who knows all about SRSP, understands that the revealed deals are just the tip of the iceberg. This stock is going to be mega. He's already got a fair wack of the things but fancies more, a lot more. JPG is a waste of time so he contacts the company, if not already in contact. You're in luck, we're raising funds on relist, just tell us how many you want. That's the situation as I see it.

I’m with Solarno - I just can’t understand why there is no interest through JP Jenkins if there is such great news on the horizon - if you’d heard great things surely you would be buying.

African Finance Corporation

Andrew Alli, President & Chief Executive Officer, commented:

“We are particularly pleased to be able to finance our first project in Chad, a member country of the AFC since 2012. This investment represents a continuation of our strategy to support the indigenisation of Africa’s oil and gas sector through the provision of finance for the acquisition, or development of assets by local entities. By providing finance for Glencore’s pre-payment facility, AFC is ultimately supporting the industrial and economic development of the Republic of Chad.”

One would have thought that if SRSP issued shares at 1p, as suggested by Sher10ck, then surely it would be in srsp's interest to obtain a few from JP thereby reducing the amount to be issued?

If I knew what you know I would be bidding like crazy to acquire a position through J P Jenkins

The JP is just a stop gap for small deals, if we get a reveal all AD and a aim relist then what price could this come back relisted at. Who ever bought in at the last placing the other day on paper were paying a lot higher then the 0.40 this suspended at and it's not often you see someone paying over 100% premium to the last share price on a placing. A lot of the heavy lifting must surely have been done here over the last couple of years we have been waiting,I would imagine that's why MH was bought into link everything up and close deals.

And the price at J. P Jenkins is still 1p which begs a question

Remember that Sirius, the cash shell, was approached by Ondo State Govt to partner its oil arm Owena back in 2010. Having finally got rid of the unwanted partner GP, the Ororo field can be reassigned. No point in it remaining idle, after all the pre- production work that has been carried out.

hTTps://www.theafricareport.com/49364/somalia-the-new-oil-and-gas-frontier/I wonder if Sirius + a partner has just been awarded one of the 7 oil blocks in Somalia's recent bid round?

The NNPC will see big changes going forward. They hope to have a listing in the future.Oml95 has the NNPC and CHEVRON partnership I wonder how a listed NNPC would affect this and other partnerships.

Indeed, Quid FC. Ten years, ish, with rumours, projects, mishaps and bad luck. Someone likes us, for sure. With the light at the end of the tunnel I hope we can ride on their coattails and make a decent return.

There must be a family company at work here.
How else could we remain afloat.
So many questions and only a few little grey
cells with which to answer them with.
This leaky tub should have sunk long ago.
