vat...The new Authorisation will not be issued all at once, as in the current one...shares will only be issued as and when required...

ps..more evidence pointing to ororo being returned...as the Government are having revoked fields returned...by order of the High Court.

I believe it's fairly common for directors to ask the AGM to authorise a chunk of shares to be issued in case of need during the following 12 months. This doesn't necessarily mean that they plan or intend to use it. If it's not used then the authorisation expires at the next AGM, and has to be re-authorised again if required.

Bumhammer, you need a Sinclair ZX Spectrum. The commodore 64 just doesn't have enough power to generate the search engines you need to find what you need which are so extreme they wouldn't sell it under the counter in Hamburg.

Try typing in Right Said Fred tribute band, Right Said Frank. That kind of thing may very well be up your alley if you catch my drift. Although they are no longer able to sing these songs shirtless.

Dr RossoWho says they are raising £15m on relist?All we know is they have $20m equity confirmed subject to conditions and are asking for authority to issue up to £15m shares at nominal value. Which is a completely different kettle of fish to raising £15m, as I would hope you would know.

can any of the more knowledgable posters on here work out on page 32 of the results, it mentions the december 2017 bod options 208 million which will vest within 35 months of first hydrocarbons to the surface, then read the section further down page 33 where it states that hydrocarbons to the surface are expected in november 2020. if first hydrocarbons to the surface accured in november then does that mean the bods 1.12 share options are now active as that 35 month vest deadline would have been activated with 1 month to spare. either we did or we didn't have first hydrocarbons to the surface in november 2020?? anyone clarify what is meant by this in the results, might be a simple answer

alan…...quite a few posters on this thread have 'all their eggs in one basket'...therefore crystallising losses is not possible.

vat..The fact that the ororo option is still 'ongoing' indicates that the DPR need SRSP more than SRSP need the DPR......my bet is, as stated in earlier posts, is that, as in the outcome of all the latest 2020 Bid field winners, the final hurdle in all the winning cases will be the negotiation of the PSC percentage to be allotted to the Nigerian Government in the form of a PSC.....I appreciate this won't go down well with posters...The Nigerian Government need Ororo up and running....but under new rules.
