Our shares are given to atog in return for their assets, they then get a share of the other assets we have it really is extremely simple.

Latest News: ATOG is pleased to announce the signature of a subscription agreement with Sirius Petroleum PLC ("Sirius") whereby Sirius will have the right to acquire up to 40% interest in the company through two staged payments.  First completion is expected by the end of the year at which time Sirius would become a 20% shareholder in the company.  ATOG looks forward to welcoming Sirius to the investment group.November 2020 One month for funding and Agm news then.Then hopefully a quick relist 2021 with more assets to boot. HO HO HO.

bummer...1000 tv channels....and I can't find anything to watch...mind you ..I noticed you were not far behind me.

ps..Taylor, ATOG Chairman and Stien, advisor to the board,(and both members of the SRSP TAC Team).. according to the article, have no equity interest in the ATOG....could the 'wonga'/srsp involvment be their way in?. (It's unusual for a Chairman not to have 'skin in the game'.)
