The picture is slowly becoming clearer..

(extract from below posting)
'ATOG was incorporated in March of this year.(2019) This was financed by a loan from the European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund (EHGOS), which has a 50% stake in the company, while the remaining 50% is held by Berwick and Sefton...'

from where I'm sitting...it looks as if srsp's percentage is coming from 'Wonga's' 50% ' ATOG's set-up' holding.....who already own 133m srsp shares.

Sounds about right Shez20..... the AGM notification date is given at the end of the Results.....as the preliminary Result date is given as 31 Dec 2020..... '..in order to hold the Company’s Annual General Meeting this year.'... the results must come well before the 31st....as you say, hopefully before Christmas.

Annual Report & Accounts

It is the intention of the Company to send the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Meeting to shareholders in order to hold the Company’s Annual General Meeting this year.

Yours sincerely,

Bobo Kuti

Chief Executive

Apologies if already posted...

'Total acquisition consideration of $11.35m will be satisfied in stage payments through 2020 and 2021'

As we're fast approaching 2021...presumably the first instalment has already been made.

5cer, you should have gone to Specsavers.

Better with, or without, better with, or without?

Backed by cash, they can go wherever they like in Africa. I`d be happy to see them picking something up Ghana offshore. Lots of stalled operations to go at throughout the continent. I suspect they`d want to focus on developing gas assets. We understand now why the BoD consists solely of finance types eg ATOG has their own team of production specialists.

Probably explains why they looked in Tunisia. I wonder if Pan African means more than Tunisia and Nigeria.

Agreed Aventador - corruption prevents them from moving forward. Populated by greedy, selfish and short sighted politicians with their hands in the till.
