Omega Financial Corp is a Cayman Islands family trust kind of operation, they are just holding the "more than 25% but less than 50%" for someone who wishes to reman anonymous. Some people over on AAOG think its Sefton keeping a slice.

Per Companies House; ATOG Midco Ltd, the ATOG subsidiary that holds the former Medco Tunisia assets is now 40 percent owned by Omega Financial Corporation/ First National Bank... will they be providing the funding?Jon Taylor owns 30 percent which presumably represents Sirius' interest.

I don’t know what’s hopefully coming. If you do, then great.
But the sum total of my knowledge is it’s supposed to be something big, as articulated by others on this thread.
Having had so many false dawns I think many of us are in the ‘believe it when I see it camp’, it’s a useful mechanism to avoid the disappointment that’s been experienced with this one in the past.
This time I really do think It’s different, but still got my fingers and everything else crossed!

Well spotted!
Couple of trades gone through , 638,382 at 1p, so matching buy and sell.
Perhaps they are having to raise the indicative bid to tempt a few buyers out?
Anyway, all adds to the feeling that something is brewing, and not just the recently announced ATOG deal.
