08/9/2020 13:34 | As I've always thought, Totally empty headed. | 5cer
08/9/2020 11:42 | still waiting..... isnt it exciting | bestdeal1
08/9/2020 09:54 | Awaiting official confirmation that Sirius Petroleum has committed $10m farm-in fee on Moni Pulo`s Block 114 in the Niger Delta. Furthermore the parties have successfully completed a funding agreement of $40m for O&G developments within the block. The above deal is classed as rto, and is subject to Ministerial and shareholder approval in order to be satisfactorily concluded. | dr rosso
08/9/2020 09:33 | O/T I noticed that ZEN (Market Cap £1.57m) have acquired a 300 bopd asset for £300k....OK , only a 'puddle' in the oil industry, however, having gained an interest in the Nigerian Marginal Field bid, now have an asset against which they can Reserve Base lend. | htrocka2
08/9/2020 08:39 | Well Bumsniffer when are you going to impart your perceived knowledge of Sirius on here ? | 5cer
08/9/2020 07:51 | Anything confirmed that allows most here to escape financially unscathed is a good start | bumhammer
08/9/2020 06:49 | IF it is confirmed. Any asset would have to be rather large to get this back in the realms of decent as they've messed about far too long. | xerot
07/9/2020 22:03 | Will be interesting to see what is shared in the results, that article was a good find Dr rosso. oml 114 will be a pucker asset once we get everything confirmed up | deadly nightshade
07/9/2020 21:41 | Just remember it was me who found the Mayowa $40m done deal for Moni Pulo. Who the fuk else can the deal be with when BoD inform Chuff 3 weeks ago that Sirius is still in on 114, progressing rto. Also ties in with JC telling me that the drawdowns from the Barak $25m working capital facility have stopped, meaning I assume that the Co. is set to take in oil revenue from Agbana wells being optimised to 5k bopd, as per MPL`s website implication. | dr rosso
07/9/2020 20:13 | Oh wow ant and Sherl. How cosy is that? I mean Sherl? How very almost amorous.. So clearly a moment of elation for Dr rosso. Possibly even worth following up. | riskybisky
07/9/2020 20:03 | Looks nailed on to me. Ant`s fabled cruise liner might not be so imaginary after all. Sherl seemed content to go along with instant oil revenue followed up later with commercial gas monetisation. Ejulebe 109 rto has to be the 2nd rto because the collateral serving up $45m cannot possibly be just 30% of teapot`s cash flow from a 250 bopd field. All down to MPR moniker, I suspect. | dr rosso
07/9/2020 19:42 | sounds good to me, maybe thats what antenna and sherlock have been getting at in a long roundabout morse code sort of way | deadly nightshade
07/9/2020 19:13 | chuffy19727 Sep '20 - 10:52 - 104999 of 105021 0 9 0 Dear Mr Chuffy, "..... SRSP then entered into a farm in agreement on a second asset, which was producing at a higher rate and the proposed transaction constituted another RTO event in itself (which we disclosed but didn’t name the asset under conditions set out by the asset owners). • There were two RTO processes running in parallel which our Nomad and lawyers were involved in at all stages" Surely the extract above in the reply seals it. The Moni Pulo Contract specialist confirms a $40m done deal. MPL itself confirms 2020 plan for Abana 114 well optimisation. SRSP has option on 114`s lucrative gas cap. $10m farm-in done, courtesy of Barak. Who else but Sirius could`ve procured the $40m when the response to Chuff confirms rto ongoing. 2 + 2 = 4 here, with MPR signature to conclude all. | dr rosso
07/9/2020 18:44 | It isn't a laugh Anvil, it's a tragedy similar to that which shareholders in Srsp are enduring Make Sirius great again 🤣🤣 | cautioussid
07/9/2020 17:59 | Why is Labor Day in September in the US? Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country. What a laugh at the moment 30%+ Americans are now unemployed! | oliversanvil
07/9/2020 17:53 | Bumrider lol | xerot
07/9/2020 17:19 | The average gestation period of an elephant is about 640 to 660 days, or roughly 95 weeks The gestation period for SRSP is about 12years.The actual birth will be painful! | oliversanvil
07/9/2020 12:28 | I can't see why any company would want to have anything to do with Sirius - nothing but trouble. | 5cer |
