Awaiting official confirmation that Sirius Petroleum has committed $10m farm-in fee on Moni Pulo`s Block 114 in the Niger Delta. Furthermore the parties have successfully completed a funding agreement of $40m for O&G developments within the block. The above deal is classed as rto, and is subject to Ministerial and shareholder approval in order to be satisfactorily concluded.

I noticed that ZEN (Market Cap £1.57m) have acquired a 300 bopd asset for £300k....OK , only a 'puddle' in the oil industry, however, having gained an interest in the Nigerian Marginal Field bid, now have an asset against which they can Reserve Base lend.

Just remember it was me who found the Mayowa $40m done deal for Moni Pulo. Who the fuk else can the deal be with when BoD inform Chuff 3 weeks ago that Sirius is still in on 114, progressing rto. Also ties in with JC telling me that the drawdowns from the Barak $25m working capital facility have stopped, meaning I assume that the Co. is set to take in oil revenue from Agbana wells being optimised to 5k bopd, as per MPL`s website implication.

Looks nailed on to me. Ant`s fabled cruise liner might not be so imaginary after all. Sherl seemed content to go along with instant oil revenue followed up later with commercial gas monetisation. Ejulebe 109 rto has to be the 2nd rto because the collateral serving up $45m cannot possibly be just 30% of teapot`s cash flow from a 250 bopd field. All down to MPR moniker, I suspect.

Surely the extract above in the reply seals it. The Moni Pulo Contract specialist confirms a $40m done deal. MPL itself confirms 2020 plan for Abana 114 well optimisation. SRSP has option on 114`s lucrative gas cap. $10m farm-in done, courtesy of Barak. Who else but Sirius could`ve procured the $40m when the response to Chuff confirms rto ongoing. 2 + 2 = 4 here, with MPR signature to conclude all.
