Why would they have to issue an AD if they weren't intending to relist, or least not relist now? Any deal could go through without an AD, as far as I can see.

It would seem that something of note has happened in the last few days to generate some excitement. If it`s mpr approval of the $10m 114 farm in, this would be considered rto due to the size of the acquired asset relative to the value of Sirius. Should this be the case, an AD must be forthcoming. A couple of weeks to finalise this doc, fits in with Antenna`s ref to sunny August, with EGM for shareholder approval.

Should this be the case, the completion of Deal 1 is highly significant as it not only generates first oil revenue but provides collateral for further acquisitions.

Is August our key month at long last?

The DPR notably expects the registration of applicants to take about two weeks, followed by another two weeks of evaluation of submission and reports preparation. Prequalification, which eventually gives access to the data rooms, will be based on the applicant’s incorporation status, technical competence and financial capability. By August 2020, all technical and commercial bids are expected to be submitted. The whole process is done electronically on the hxxps://marginal.drp.gov.ng portal. Under the DPR Guidelines, the entire process is not expected to take longer than six (6) months, from date of announcement and commencement to signing of Farm-out agreement with the OML holders.

IF we are in on it they wont risk a drill straight away i still think this potentially is a game changer if we are in on it. i also would not take much notice sirius were never mentioned in article, and like i say if this news is sensitve to other concluding deals would that be a reason to not release news?? we were never told by sirius that we have pulled out of 109 talks so no wonder there is speculation
