Dr Rosso, the Ugo Ocha was not brought from Turkey to Nigeria for SRSP, it was brought for oil being exported through Forcados. SRSP have a contract with Ugo Ocha to process and export any oil that SRSP may produce, initially intended to be from Ororo, i.e. the Ugo Ocha will provide the service if SRSP ever produces any oil, but SRSP was not the reason that the FPSO came to Nigeria.

There are shuttle tankers running constantly from Forcados to the Ugo Ocha anchored offshore Escravos/Forcados.
