14/7/2020 14:45 | I assume no one has ever reasearched the Kuti's before? I havent gone into their geniology but I assume the name Kuti isnt as common as Smith. Bobo's family (assuming they are related) are all very talented and creative. His older brother (I assume) Afolabi Kuti is a Producer/Director. Potentially Bobo's roots are deep into music and the creative arts, him doing something in that field is no surprise. Id be intersted to find out if they are his family if anyone knows? | minichris
14/7/2020 14:02 | Never know what's going on with this firm. I guess as long as sherlock is still confident then we should be too. | xerot
14/7/2020 12:45 | How the CEO of the company that we own, that we paid for behaves and his PR is very much OUR business I'd say. Linkedin is a site where businesses and people are publicised. | riskybisky
14/7/2020 12:40 | How Bobo spends his own time is his business. Shame he does not see fit to update the Sirius website or even better private investors | cornishtrader1000
14/7/2020 12:24 | Started as a volunteer in March 2016, at the time of the oil price crash. Now Covid. Can't blame him for having another interest, he is a young man after all. But it being seen as his main interest is a bit strange while he's being paid by Sirius. Can't be much money in live music anywhere at the moment. | primroselil
14/7/2020 11:59 | Yes it is worrying that he'd have the music stuff in his write up and not Sirius. I mean why would anyone do that? Loads of poeple have invested their savings, millions and millions of pounds, we don't get updates on what the hell's going on and he puts a music related interest on his write up. | riskybisky
14/7/2020 11:51 | He’s got a talent for getting peoples cash. | captminion

14/7/2020 11:24 | Yeah Sirius is on their as work reference but not mentioned under his write up anymore which it use to be and feels it more appropriate to promote his music interest rather than the company that has paid him millions in wages over the years! | shez20
14/7/2020 10:41 | Bobo Kuti Experience Live and Loud Promoting Artists in Afrocentric music + Afrocuban percussion Company NameLive and Loud Dates EmployedMar 2016 – Present Employment Duration 4 yrs 5 mos Location International www.liveandloud.com Sirius Petroleum Plc Company Name Sirius Petroleum Plc Total Duration 12 yrs Title CEO Dates Employed 2013 – Present Employment Duration 7 yrs Title Business Development Director Dates Employed 2010 – 2013 Employment Duration 3 yrs Title Non Executive Director Dates Employed 2008 – 2010 Employment Duration 2 yrs Let's hope he has a bit more luck with this than running an O@G company.. (No disrespect to him but he has no O@G qualifications) | htrocka2
14/7/2020 10:22 | Bobos updated LinkedIn is a bit of a worry! No mention of Sirius in his write up anymore and feels it's more use to promote his music interest as the main header! Now if I was running a major firm that was to be a success that would be all over mine! Seems as if he is distancing from sirius | shez20
14/7/2020 08:47 | A bit short of srsp info today...but found this related item interesting. It seems that COPL has strong parallels with srsp in so much that they too promised to drill in Q3 2017...which has still to be drilled. The share price has gone from strength to strength just recently yet they actually have over half a billion more shares in issue than srsp,ie, 4,200,734 as opposed to srsp's 3,689,300...and fortunes are being made on COPL. The question being, will they drill before srsp? (I have no equity interest in COPL...as it has an OPL in the Niger Delta...just watching) In 2017...a lot of pundits wrote off COPL...as 'an old dog'. | htrocka2
13/7/2020 08:35 | Maybe the bod should pin this photo up in their offices...just to remind them what this game is all about. ps....from the LEK rns today....A Schlumberger agreement....let's hope they have better luck with them than we did.(and not just a pr stunt to raise cash) 'the Otakikpo JV has also entered into a master services agreement with Schlumberger for the provision of various well drilling and completion products and services to implement the planned upstream drilling programme.. | htrocka2

12/7/2020 20:36 | (not for xerot) ps...is there something wrong with your filter button...or do you want me to explain how it works? qp….with ref to your post....the DPR have put the announcement of the 'qualified applicants' back four days...to the 16th...hmmm. ps. | htrocka2
12/7/2020 20:30 | Douglas51 You are a fence sitting lurker. Shuffle back to whatever plantpot you crawled out of and don't come out until this is over. | bumhammer
