07/11/2018 12:17 | Why would they need to dilute? | bleemster
07/11/2018 11:58 | Htrocka. They could suspend pending an announcement ,asset could be signed up and any related dilution can be done before the suspension, then announced during the suspension.imo | bronislav
07/11/2018 11:55 | deadly....How many years have you been here?...you must know the SRSP MO now....ie, issue a bit of news followed by a cash call. Bron..I'm not 100% certain but I don't think you can issue shares within a suspension. Why Does Suspended Trading Occur? Suspended trading occurs for many different reasons, including: A lack of current, accurate, or adequate information about a company, such as when it's not current in its filing of periodic reports. Questions about the accuracy of publicly available information, including the contents of recent press releases. Concerns about trading in the stock, such as insider trading or market manipulation. The most common reason for a suspension is the lack of current or accurate financial information. In many cases, companies can resolve the issue by submitting the required financial statements to go back into compliance. Less common cases could involve instances of fraud where a company could see a longer-term impact from a trading suspension. ps It's only 48 to days to Christmas....I'm looking forward to my Christmas present from Bobo. | htrocka2
07/11/2018 11:43 | Think we will see a suspension deadly .dilution inside the suspension and other asset .drilling can take place during suspension ...just my take on things but as always speculation based on events over the last 18 months. | bronislav
07/11/2018 11:38 | Has anyone got any idea why they have wheeled bobo out again for another interview?? My only take on it is it might be for another near term fund raise, because us existing holders have heard it all before and have a attitude of seeing is believing, and as for any outsiders looking in well what bobo said had meant zilch as you only have to look at the low volumes the past few days. Thing is if we ever get this rolling then folk buying in will not be any worse off then us long-termers. who have held for years. As with all aim wait to they walk the walk then buy in. I am still confident at some point there will be a spike in the share price because that's how aim works but when that will be is anyone's guess | deadly nightshade
07/11/2018 11:37 | tug names...Bobo 1, Bobo 2, Bobo 3, does this help? | htrocka2
07/11/2018 11:27 | Anybody able to tell the names of the 3 ‘tugs’ in the vicinity of where the Adriatic is/was? Marinetraffic is showing all as unanamed tugs. I suspect one is likely to be the Adriatic but was interested if the Ma Devi, Asteri or Kennytide were still around. | rajraj b
07/11/2018 09:37 | are there diecast models of Bobo and the barges available? | bestdeal1
07/11/2018 08:36 | Buy the new interactive board game coming out this Xmas Sirius battle tugs also use the interactive bobo pod casts to try work out when battle will commence and use coordinates and online maps to pinpoint the battle tugs and try lead the rig to victory aka the ororo field. Or roll the dice land on the rns chance board and get to pick an rns Which could earn you more shares or a trip direct to jail do not pass go do not collect your share profit. Lol. | aventador
06/11/2018 23:24 | Very tricky with an iPad. I think you are doing really well, considering! | vatnabrekk
06/11/2018 22:28 | Ok, thanks again. Tricky with an iPad | drrichard
06/11/2018 22:13 | Yes, that's what I'm looking at as well. You are correct, drr, that one of the supply ships is alongside the Adriatic I, satellite signal received one hour ago. But it's not a tug, just a supply ship. | vatnabrekk
06/11/2018 22:08 | This is what I am looking at, Vatna. Same as you? | drrichard
06/11/2018 22:05 | How close they appear to be will depend upon how much you have zoomed in, or out. But bear in mind that if you are looking at a vessel on MarineTraffic via satellite, if it says "Tugs and Special Craft" it doesn't necessarily mean "Tug" because it applies the same category to platform supply ships as well. To move the rig we need an AHTS, an offshore Anchor-Handling Tug, not a platform supply vessel. And as far as I can see, there are no AHTSs in the vicinity. | vatnabrekk
06/11/2018 21:54 | Whose got a millions quids worth.. not me.Be nice to make a million though. | aventador
06/11/2018 21:53 | Evening all. Vatna et al. I hear what you say re tugs and satellites and no ASIS. But take a look now. Two of the putative tugs are in very close proximity to Adriatic now. So they very much appear to have been moving. Is this still an illusion or are we for real now? | drrichard
06/11/2018 20:36 | Well done Sherlock! | vatnabrekk
06/11/2018 19:56 | Excellent post, Sherlock. Amazing analysis of what, on the face of it, was dismissed as a pointless discussion. Keep it up my friend. | drrichard
06/11/2018 19:05 | It does happen. Bobo's post “...Issuing senior secured loan notes to fund the full field development …." Secured against what?.... | htrocka2
06/11/2018 18:53 | 110 (Cavendish) is avaliable and had an FSO sited on one of its fields. This was scuttled some years back. From memory there is an FSO further south of Ororo currently working on a field. Id have to look into that further tomorrow. | minichris
06/11/2018 18:44 | Yes sherlock,Some good pointers from Bobo..This has been in the oven a long time, nows time to serve it up | bumhammer
06/11/2018 18:30 | Couple of things from Bobo’s interview: I found it interesting that we’ll house the production and testing equipment on an adjacent jack-up barge (liftboat) and then flow the oil to an FSO (floating storage & offloading) 15km away. This demonstrates a) more control and security with BP’s liftings as we’re not reliant on the onshore terminals which are susceptible to vandalism and shut-ins b) FSOs are normally large converted oil tankers, some of which can hold up to a couple of million barrels of oil - i.e. they wouldn’t likely be economical for a very small project c) due to the distance from Ororo-2 it clearly won’t be sited within the designated farm-out area (map on p.16 of AD is useful) so is this a clue as to the location of another asset we’ll acquire? Is there a target producing field nearby that’s already using an FSO or will we lease/share a completely unconnected FSO that’s sited elsewhere? d) mention of an FSO rather than the more common FPSO perhaps adds credence to the idea that there’s already an existing FSO we’re targeting, hence the need to just source the separate processing facility e) Bobo’s comment about “consolidation of shallow offshore assets” gives a picture of potentially multiple fields flowing into the FSO I also liked the following comments: “we’re in a high growth period right now...” “...and because of the operational partners involved... there’s actually a number of other opportunities which are available in the vicinity that we’ll look to bring that consortium in and continue the campaign going...” “0.75 even at the CPR level is undervalued so we’d expect to get significantly higher following production and hopefully through additional assets being added to the portfolio” “potential acquisitions that might be on the horizon that we can bring in to bolster the reserves and resources and continue our strategy” “...Issuing senior secured loan notes to fund the full field development of the Ororo field... infrastructure, pipelines to monetise the gas resources as well” | sherl0ck
06/11/2018 18:29 | Glad someone's enjoying the entertainment! | vatnabrekk
06/11/2018 18:23 | I think that if the Monty Python team were reading this board, they'd be contemplating a comeback | handygandhi |
