Dr...I'm more of the opinion that the increase in Share Capital is to cover warrant obligations.....they've already stated that they have enough cash to see them through to 2019...that includes £32m for Ororo.

Chances are that the extra to be raised via 1p is for a further asset(s) farm-in.
900m at 1p = £9m. Gets them into Obe, Seme or whatever. Not needed for current Ororo Project.
Further dilution of course but all rather exciting as the NAV should overwhelm

Resolution 5 is the key one for the agm. Nominal £4.4m........

Nominal share value is 0.25p. In other words they want to push the max share authorisation up by another 1.8bn. Would give a new max of 5.4bn.
Current level atm is I think 4bn.

3.55bn actually in issue atm but there are 892m options/warrants/conversions in waiting. To get all of those extras away, they`d need shareholder approval to raise to 4.5bn. As things stand, only 440m of those 892m can be exercised, limited by the current 4bn ceiling.

Looks like they want to toss in another 900m on top. New ceiling raised to 5.4bn, a 50% increase on present number in issue.

Insiders ahoy, final fill-my-boots ploy. Now we see why the share price has been kept under 1p. Rushing them out ahead of field action which is anticipated obv at end june, likely PIGB2 green light.

I wonder when the second will arrive, perhaps they'll be able to say more in 4 weeks time at the upcoming AGM. They did previously talk about moving the rig after Phase I development drilling to the next in the pipeline of assets.

Interesting that the AGM notice will be out almost a week earlier than necessary.... what is this urgency we’re not used to? Tidying up stuff this week in preparation for something imminent and more substantial? Will next week provide details of a GM to also be held on the 14th?
