looking forward to the build up of the rig departing uae, all the years of behind the scene work is now unfolding as the A TEAM say i love it when a plan comes together. this will really start moving once the herd arrives, before then lets just enjoy the last few days of each others postings before our bb will be taken over by outsiders

A couple of comments today...SRSP have been ambiguous with their wording as seen from an rns extract below.

'the Company has entered a Financial and Technical Services Agreement in respect of the Ororo Field (otherwise known as OML 95).....'

and..

I couldn't help notice that Originally srsp were going to re-enter 01...this then got changed to a new and separate well called 2A , 'A' standing for Appraisal . This got changed again to 02 'Development well', finally we're at 02 EWT. The difference between the 'A' and the 'EWT' wells is that the former has been licenced for Appraisal only and requires further permission for the sale of its production , whereas hydrocarbons from 'EWT' wells can be sold immediately and go straight into production.....and of course we now have 02,03,04.

but then there is no entity called Sirius (“Sirius Ororo Ltd.” listed in the AD either.

Sirius Ororo (“OML 95”) Limited, is a nigerian company in which Sirius Petroleum PLC has an interest with 100% of the share capital held in trust.

So both the facts and the grammar are questionable

Production Engineer is just what he calls himself and the LinkedIn header always defaults to your most recent employer. In his profile he states he recently worked (past tense) for a Nigerian startup and that he’s looking for new challenges.

We obviously don’t own the OML 95 block so it’s not a pertinent question at all.

Sirius Ororo Ltd is formed, acc to AD, of ..........

Sirius Ororo (OML) 95 Limited (formerly Hinrh Nigeria Limited,
Sirius Exploration Limited and Sirius Exploration Nigeria
Limited), incorporated in Nigeria with RC No. 323045.

The absence of a comma before "which", tells us that ownership is in the hands of Sirius Ororo Ltd. The pertinent question remains. How can it own the OML95 Block?

Profile clearly states that he is a Production engineer at Sirius Petroleum. Before that, he was the Development Co-ordinator, responsible for subsurface work on fields in which Sirius has an interest. Changed roles in Sept 2017.



Likewise this fellow. Business Development Director until 2013, now CEO.

Neither have left.

From his LinkedIn profile it appears that David Sutton left us last year.

That paragraph about owning OML 95 is referring to Sirius wholly owning the subsid ‘Sirius Ororo (OML 95) Limited’ rather than the block.

Big boys signed up for months. Can't be anybody left who thinks Schlumberger joined up in Dec 2016 just to pull 2700 bopd out of a marginal field.
