My belief is that in view of the fact that SRSP had co-ordinated the union between COSL,ADD Energy and Havoc specifically for the ORORO campaign The Gabon union was the result of COSL, the rig owner, being offered the Gabon field, who, as a consequence of the SRSP tie up that was already in force and contracted to SRSP, they utilised this connection for the Gabon Project. Had SRSP not brought these entities together and created the union, the probability exists that the Gabon project would still be on the 'back burner'. The Gabon operation with its farm-in element, is a major project for COSL, greater than that of ORORO.

I doubt we'll pay $3m to have a rig towed about 185 miles from the Gabon site.

If Power is indeed still planned for Ororo and also for Gabon (stock photo used by those who have access to it might be just that), then I’d hope Sirius would be looking for Add/Havoc to help contribute towards the $3m mobilisation fee.

Wishful thinking Dr.Richard, clutching at straws mate..

Now if we were to predict things based on a whole raft of previous Sirius trends, this has got delay written all over it... yet again..

Ht,
1. agree re oil price and what it does to our numbers! Very nice. And looks like OPEC, for once, are playing ball.

2. re COSL Power. Struggling to find a ref re this rig and Gabon drilling , but I think you may have posed one? Anyway from slide 2, investor presentation
file:///C:/Users/Practice/Documents/Downloads/nkembe-technical-service-agreements-and-option-presentation.pdf

▪ Pura Vida has entered into agreements with Havoc Partners LLP and Add
Energy Group to advance Nkembe in readiness for drilling in late 2018

So, back to your earlier thoughts, I think, COSL Power drills Ororo and then pop down the coast to Gabon for this one?

Yes - you seem to get through them at an alarming rate - do you wear one pair whilst chewing the crutchpiece of another placed on your head ?

We can shred the CPR numbers.......

1alfi...If my research is correct, then the Appraisal Well at Gabon is programmed to be completed by 'the end of January'...in which case a rig movement statement is on the cards for the end of next week (being February).

Ht - I see some logic behind your suggestion that the COSL power rig was reallocated to another field. If it be the case then it has probably put the timing back 6-12 months hence the delay of oil H1 2017

Totally unrelated story. however, as 'OIL' and Nigeria(and being into bitcoin myself) are mentined...I thought I'd post it.

With regard to the $3m rig mobilisation payment.....I'm not quite sure what's happening on that front, however, with sterling now at $1.4 to the pound as opposed to $1.3 at the time of the AD statement....that's another $300,000 + 'adrift'

(every thing is going up...except the SRSP share price....which, conversely, is a dilution)

ps.....I wish the share price could rise as fast as the Oil Price...

Keep coming out and making public rns statements such as first oil expected in Q3, 2012, then multiple podcasts declaring H1 2017, without any transparent explanation one gets tagged, quite justifiably in my view, as a buffoon when nothing materialises.
