Absolutely. On Monday we become an operating company, ratify the last tranche of the £7.2m net placing cash and hit the green button on Ororo:

“Assuming that the Proposals are approved at the General Meeting....the Directors expect to IMMEDIATELY instruct the commencement of technical services for the Ororo-2 well drilling programme...” (AD p.23)

We’ve already had access to the $12m LOG CL for the past month, which can be backed against “the Company’s future oil revenue receipts from the Ororo Field OR OTHER ASSETS..” (AD p.24).

It’s intriguing that the CL outlined for Ororo could potentially end up being drawn down and secured against a completely different asset that we don’t ‘currentlyR17; own.

“The Company is in ACTIVE discussions to farm into a NUMBER of near term production opportunities, LEVERAGING ON THE COMMERCIAL ARRANGEMENTS WITH ITS PARTNERS” (AD p.15)

I wouldn't worry about some folk selling down, so what, when we get going here this is going to be trading 100m-200m shares a day, no problem. The liquidity will be there for those that want to get out and those that want to get in. In the meantime, unless you are desperate for the cash, you would be bonkers to sell, imo. Just read the AD.

Dr Rosso, I think you've made an error.
How can the CL 'bring in a useful £700K' as, as far as I can see, the company has already received those funds? c.157m shares are being issued @0.35p to satsify the loan.

eg, £500K loan , from the 8th September 2016 RNS:

Convertible Loan of GBP500,000

Sirius is pleased to announce that it has secured a Convertible Loan (the "Loan") and has received the funds from existing shareholders for GBP500,000 to provide general working capital for the Company.

the problem is they have given away so many free shares if any of these cretins decides to sell a half decent amount the price is going South as there is an unlimited supply of free shares. if you had been gifted millions and millions of shares for very little why not sell a few and cash in the free money. it's the mug long term holders that are paying for that privilege.

Imo it's the Sept/Nov 2016 CL disposing to willing buyers ahead of taking up the 200m available to him at 0.35p. Shove out the lot at 95 ave, and he makes a £1.2m gain on the move. Free money. Prob pre-arranged.

If so, there should be an announcement v shortly that those CL options have now been exercised. Brings in a useful £700k into Co. funds. All planned and coordinated.
