What the Doc is saying is that some one can convert into shares at 0.35 then make an effort to sell at a good profit then re-invest

Given what the bod have pulled together I'd be very surprised if there was 'blunt harsh' words.I should think there will be admiration from what they've done together with a desire for how they see the way ahead. Should be an interesting day for those that attend.

Well I don't think the BoD will get so easily away with "the next year will be the year" I'm expecting some harsh and blunt questions being presented to them. Who knows? time for the penny share sale?

18 th December GM
19 th December Admission effective and dealings expected to commence in the Enlarged Share Capital on AIM
Reads like there might be overnight suspension from perhaps 11.30 ish when the GM passes the required agenda items and our BoD notify LSE re the change to Procedure status.

Does the following paragraph mean that we will be suspended again after tomorrows meeting until the next trading day after the meeting (provided the votes are in favour)


"Under the AIM Rules, if Shareholders approve the Resolutions at the General Meeting, the Company's existing trading facility on AIM will be cancelled and the Company will be admitted to AIM as a new applicant on the first business day after the General Meeting. If Shareholder approval is not given, the Company will not have the funding necessary to fulfil the Commercial Agreements, the Conditional Placing will not complete and the trading in the Company's Shares on AIM will remain suspended."

Let's hope the 3 wise men in Bobo, Jack & Chris bring us an early Christmas present tomorrow. A nice RNS immediately after the GM resolutions are passed would be a nice starter. Possibly confirming the Ororo Rig in en-route. Then the remainder of the week to RNS some new assets.

I've been in this share since Dwight Eisenhower was US president. (seems like it) The 2nd world war lasted a lot less time !
