26/4/2017 21:07 | Three weeks to the passing of the PIB although we have heard these deadlines before ,suspect assurances were given that it would be passed in April so it will have delayed things a tad for Sirius.Either they have a small issue after the subsea search or it will take a few weeks for the rig to arrive which should take us to the passing of the part of the PIB that affects us ..Final lap. | ![]() bronislav

26/4/2017 20:28 | New poster here, I see from Google search that the PIB is going to be passed on 17 May. | busahale1

26/4/2017 20:09 | P.s Excluding the foul mouthed, arrogant ignorant and despicable bumhammer aka chris(not mini) What a twit lol And tick that up to more than 21 or as close if you all agree. | ![]() jimduggen
26/4/2017 20:05 | Jenny/Jim. Whoever you are you, Please don't get above your station thinking you posted something groundbreaking. The 21 likes (no doubt biggest achievement in your life) was simply because I shook the wasps nest. I'll take a guess You have a whole bulletin board getting off on thumbing your post. Without a doubt the most action seen since January and so much needed for everyone's moral. Can you explain why the rest of your drivel passes by unoticed without 21 likes?? Maybe stick to your private board pal, no need for you here | bumhammer
26/4/2017 19:54 | We got on ok sonic. It was a year of hell on a downward spiral and patience was low as was the mood. Good luck on this one all lth's you deserve it. Learnt a lot from you guys Atb | ![]() jimduggen
26/4/2017 19:44 | Suspect the PIB impacts the potential pipeline of assets opposed to Ororo. Would be great to get the survey back, rig allocated and spud date in the next 3 weeks and 1.5/1.7p range | ![]() cornishtrader1000
26/4/2017 19:29 | O/T One $9bn refinery not enough it seems... | ![]() htrocka2
26/4/2017 19:29 | Usually found in gardens, patios & window-sills. Sometimes used for getting seeds propagated - such as Tumbling toms for instance. However, more generally associated with various types of flower, Flower. Plantpots are suitalbe for both indoor and outdoor applications. I'm also something of an authority on runner-bean and sweet-pea wig-wams. Alas, I fear we're wondering slightly 'off topic'. Accordingly, for the benefit of those who would rather discuss shares, it's time to bid you a fond 'adieu' William. | ![]() jenny tulwought
26/4/2017 19:19 | So . . . . with a name which sounds like a genital wart, without sounding childish, kindly tell us more about PlantPots. | ![]() handygandhi
26/4/2017 19:15 | 'childish' - Yup, that's me! (pass the sick bucket) | ![]() jenny tulwought

26/4/2017 18:50 | "Plantpot sheep". From what I understand, B/H is referring to a private bunch of investors who have formed a little bulletin board by the name of 'Plantpots' in which they share opinions about SRSP. Those who toe the line remain part of the club, whereas those who disagree with the general consensus are treated like pariahs. That's why B/H referred to them as sheep - see post 64033 and maybe you'll understand. | ![]() handygandhi
26/4/2017 18:42 | With a possibly huge pipeline of assets up for grabs it would seem crazy for Sirius to not take advantage .With the PIB hugely significant for Nigeria going forward, the changes to the NNPC ,and their involvement on oml 95 ,partnered with chevron the PIB may not be a reason to hold up a drill but it may well be an issue that would hold up a different scenario to a drill campaign ...Everything being put in place for a drill and the marketing of gas and oil ,all ready to go ,not just on oml95 but on our other assets (other assets reffered to on many occasions by the board).pib passes and then it all comes to FRUITION,MATURES,... | ![]() bronislav
26/4/2017 18:27 | Twenty-one 'likes' and counting B/H! What's a "Plantpot sheep"? | ![]() jenny tulwought
26/4/2017 17:33 | we have all postulated re the relevance of the PIB to our beloved SRSP. But none of us know. We do know that the local petroleum guys were happy to sign us off with a three year licence and we have taken steps to ensure local representation and ensure that local companies get a share of the work. For me, the drill proceeds, as Bron says. No reason why not. The future may depend to some degree on the PIB but we will be on the way to spud by then. So, no delays. | ![]() drrichard
26/4/2017 17:24 | Final Results - 30 June 2015 "The long awaited Petroleum Industry Bill ("PIB"), which has been in development for a decade under the previous administration, is likely to be passed into law in a relatively short time. This will remove the uncertainty that resulted in billions of dollars of withheld investment." | ![]() 1alfi
26/4/2017 17:11 | No excuses Sirius ,if no issues with seabed survey then get it drilled ...If we don't spud before PIB passes then you have your answers to the delays.in my view...Be great to be proved wrong though. | ![]() bronislav
26/4/2017 17:05 | Nice find Sher10ck....another three weeks...but it looks like a 'rubber stamp' job....more time for the market makers to play around with the share price and shake the last of the weak holders. | ![]() htrocka2 |
