24/4/2017 20:08 | To be fair old pipe cleaner has been right lately! The sells are being turned into buys. Someone is taking all the sells at cheap prices yet the price keeps rising! Time to hold or buy not sell! | 1sonic

24/4/2017 19:53 | Jenny, something big is on the other side of the scales! | 1sonic
24/4/2017 19:39 | Thanks h/t. It must be a tough balancing act between, on one side of the scales, needing that "attention" to boost the share price in order to minimise dilution - versus what ever reason there may be for being so tight-lipped. I wish I knew what was on the other side of those scales. | ![]() jenny tulwought
24/4/2017 19:17 | Jenny...The info on the website indicating major shareholders is a year old, however, the nine above 3% on the site has now been condensed to four above the limit. Hargreves Lansdowne and Barclays are still with us, therefore presumably any increase via these two need not be mentioned, however, TD Direct and Jarvis, who hold 6.49% and 6.32% respectively, should have, under AIM Rules, been brought to our attention via an rns. The top holders, then as now, have maintained their holdings around the 40% mark. (currently 42.05%) I can only assume that failure to post fluctuating monthly percentages may be because the company don't want to draw attention to themselves....althou | ![]() htrocka2

24/4/2017 17:18 | Dr Rosso, Further to your post of 08:59 this morning regarding share holding data, is there a legal constraint preventing SRSP's partners (announced or as yet to be announced), buying SRSP shares in the secondary market (either up to or above, the 3% threashold)? If not, why aren't they doing so? Maybe the likes of Schlum have been - and I've missed it (apologies if this is the case), but given that SRSP may need some extra funding while the drill-bit(s) turn(s), if they were able to do so with the share price north of... 2p for instance, that would obviously make life easier for existing investors (less dilution), - 'take-up' by said partners, would help bring about such an share price rise. If we're on the verge of something wonderful, I don't understand why there isn't a stock shortage right now - distressed seller or not. | ![]() jenny tulwought
24/4/2017 17:09 | Seems we have some agreement that the PIB does have some bearing on our plans..Sirius mentioned it a while ago in an rns and with the changes to the nppc etc and also gas and oil being looked upon as two seperate entities is significant ...Is it just a coincidence that our timeline is following the PIB.Sirius likely given an assurance that it would pass in H1 and sits alongside talk of H1 for spudding of well..Finally coming to fruition or as Sirius like to term it MATURING. | ![]() bronislav
24/4/2017 16:54 | good article Sher10ck.......let's see how the share price fares tomorrow afternoon when the PIB is passed. | ![]() htrocka2

24/4/2017 15:32 | Think it was just the journalist that didn't bother naming the four marginals in his article. | ![]() sherl0ck
24/4/2017 15:18 | Sher10ck.. Interesting post regarding OML67. The field is adjacent to EBOK and , as an ex Afren Investor myself, it was always on the cards that AFR would develop OKWOK...however, 'Orient', that belongs to a retired Brigadier General, bought 7m shares in AFR at £1 each about a year before the collapse....and 'mysteriously' ends up with OML67. The fact that the Minister of Petroleum never released the 'four' marginal field names....smacks of Sirius Petroleum policy. | ![]() htrocka2 |
