DR Rosso... What amazes me is that banks can get fined millions for scams (Libor) yet AIM can play games and show late trades even the next morning. Should be stopped!

Good to see Dr Rosso back on here posting, i have missed reading your thoughts the last couple of weeks. Its in all our interests those of us invested here to see a good end result. Just wish we had some idea of when the potential last piece of jigsaw was going to fall into place. Would have been nice to have had a few extra pound in my pocket to have a good xmas off the back of sucess here this year but looking likely we are going to have to wait into new year. Would be nice to see some good volume days but they have been very thin on the ground the past few weeks and untill we see some 50 million share traded days then i don't think this will move north a great amount. We stay waiting with everything crossed

DrRosso - "Co. needs to deliver in order to have credibility in the eyes of the market."

In my view the only credability that needs establishing is in the eyes of the Chinese and regarding the value of Sirius's assets.

The possibility exists that COSL a ,subsidiary of CNOOC, may insist on being paid with the physical 'black gold', as China itself is short of oil.

'Seeking oil and gas resources overseas is a major concern of Chinese oil companies. China has been a net crude-oil importer since 1993, and its domestic oil output is falling farther behind local demand.'

Yest TW bearcast contains a 1 min clip on SRSP,in response to an investor calling him at his Greek island hotel. Call was from pi Handy.
TW pretty much non-committal on Sirius, tho comments that anything involving Hirsch is a case of caveat emptor. Well Hirsch was dispatched several months ago now, without a word of thanks for his services.
Paved the way for the clean crew of Neal and Hawkins. Undoubtedly there was a big rift within the Co., resulting in the departure of Bligh, Regan, and Hirsch. Lowball Ophir sell-off rejected, and onto Plan B targeting bringing multiple assets into a state of readiness for simult production.
One year on, important contracts signed with a view to a multi-well offshore drilling campaign, albeit no specific details given.
Co. needs to deliver in order to have credibility in the eyes of the market. Await JOA-JV and cprs contained within NewCo's Ad Doc. Way forward is clearly based on Integrated Project Management, pooling the resources of specialists.

'.....the O&G men to enter the fray...'

This where a lot of the 1.7bn shares will end up.

The great hope here is that (Corvus-Hirschfield-Cairn-Cornhill) have departed, leaving the field open for the O&G men to enter the fray. So far, they've kept a semi-detachment from the current BoD set-up by residing in the Havoc TAC team.
Safe to come out now, guys.

The BOD would also have to be careful not to allow a single entity to end up with 30% of the shares in issue, including those they may already own, as this, under AIM Rules, gives them control. Dishing out more shares to existing holders may now no longer be an option and only about 1bn of the 1.7bn could be issued to a new entity without handing over control of the company.

plonkerphil the clown is back out deramping again. thing is plonkerphil if you job is to scare people into selling their shares then it does not seem to be working. I think folk invested here have been through so much over the years that a lot of people have probably got a beleave it when they see it attitude anyway. My take is if it happens it happens and we will all make a few quid and if it does all go belly up well thats life and you could chuck a couple of grand down the pan doing lotterys a year anyway. I always take what is said regarding aim with a pinch if salt anyway so none of the rubbish coming out of your mouth plonkerphil will make me sell out here. What your links are to all this hopefully one day we will find out the government are cracking down on internet loner trolls who sit behind a computer screen in their bedroom and spewing vile. Pity you couldn't grow a backbone and come out and say what your real beef is.

I don't know why, but as soon as I read the RNS regarding the allocation of 1.7billion shares I immediately thought pre-sell off house clearing.

In other words, these shares haven't been allotted "just in case", as spouted at agm, They are for a specific purpose, with pre-destined homes. Precise allocations too eg 522m (exactly 25%) set aside for the oil service providers. One can only hope that the "no dilution, no shares to be issued until first oil" agm quote isn't yet more lying bolox either.

If don't believe that solarno. They set out in the resolutions where those 1.7 billion were heading.Thats the only reason that the AGM was delayed in my view .Until all was agreed they wouldn't have known what amount of dilution would have been required. To my mind the AGM could have been held in August as per normal.
