Hurricane Fly - I am just going on what I have heard from the company PR, Nomad, Financial Advisors, and brokers who I have spoken to over the years regarding this company. They have always said the same and never changed their story and that is that the people running Sirius are very keen and ambitious and will be taking this company to production- the DPR have seen something that we haven't but it must be good or no permit but yes I'm getting fed up with all the secrecy- all I want is a stop to these wishy washy RNSs and just want to see a decent game changing RNS - of yet - nothing!

The share price is up and down like a prostitutes knickers

Although a prostitutes knickers are cleaner than the dirty tricks the MM teams are playing.

Srsp are disrespectful to the shareholders they serve

Secretive and dark operators

Wish I never bought into it now

Dr Rs ideas are more plausible than any other views on here well researched and put across.

Carrbradshaw .Could you give me one good reason why the DPR would consider Sirius as a credible company able to finance and drill a well on ORORO.Given there are many other companies out there with access to large amounts of capex what has Sirius got that has enabled it to be still on very good terms with the DPR.With respect to talking to company reps I spoke to one who didn't even know the ororo percentages had changed .Finally Sirius have to tell you what the company line is IF Sirius were to be sold on ,the likes of you and I would not get this imfo from the company ,they could not possibly discuss this .A company on the cusp of drilling a well would give detail to the market ,ie rig booked ,approx spud date ,what they were targeting ,CPR ,anything that could move the share price from its terrible state ,alas ,nothing from the company .Although it could not possibly be the case shareholders would be forgiven for thinking Sirius are happy with share price exactly where it is .

I wouldn't go as far as calling him a cretin Jim as he/she carries out some great research but then I don't think you should be leading people on as in trying to imply that transformational news is round the corner. This is going to be a slow process and we will one day see value but I've been here over four years and Dr R has been saying this from day one. I do believe in this company and therefore ring them myself to try and get an idea of what is going on.

Dr R - I don't know why you think there'll be big blockbusting transformational news and not production. I've spoken to several different people at the company over the years and they are not selling and definitely going down the production route (at a very slow rate by the looks of it!) - that was not a 4m sell as the price didn't move.

"When the long-awaited news is finally broken, it will be transformational."

More than 10p transformational? Or is that all we can expect now? That won't be as transformational to my ISA as 20p would...

There is no reported progress on oil production because Sirius is not an oil production Co. nor, in its present guise, has it ever had any plans to be so. Ownership of tangible assets is zero. Confirmation of this can be found in the Co. accounts, and also on Guarantee's website. No Ororo, no 95, no 241. That doesn't mean that considerable progress of a certain kind hasn't taken place.

When the long-awaited news is finally broken, it will be transformational.

Htrocka2 I think the FT data may be out of date. Looking at Companies House there was a TM01 filed on 16th Nov terminating Stephen Fletcher as director, effective date 30 Sep 2015.

I still can't work out if Neal has gone or not?.. AJAY left after Fletcher but the FT records, as of yesterday, that Fletcher is still on board yet AJAY, also claimed by SRSP as dismissed, is missing from FT'S list.
