Once the percentage ratification is in order then we may see t/o offers but I still believe production will be progressed with Srsp

Glencore and others pulled out due to guarantee and more importantly owena oil and gas issues

Climate was not set for any progression but now it seems to be getting there

Mikey syrup is a very dangerous man.

He can outrun a static caravan at full speed.

Questions for Takeover camp:

- since we don't officially own anything yet, what do we sell, how and for how much?
- why sell now rather than await value accretion due to asset development and producer status?
- why bother doing any board shuffling if we're about to be taken out completely?
- why aren't shares being snapped up right now? Is the market so completely & utterly unaware of what might shortly unfurl?

Questions for Production camp:

- why did it take us over 4 years to apply for a drill permit for Ororo, and 3 years to appoint a TAC?
- why such a struggle to raise money even for a single drill on a proven asset and in the context of considerably higher POO?
- what exactly has been the opportunity cost of not flowing oil for the past 2 or 3 years?
- since this would have outweighed even the amount of money we were supposedly short of raising last year, why didn't a single backer have the foresight to dig deeper and loan the missing few $m that would have complimented the committed placing/subscription?
- what exactly do we have to show from the 100% additional dilution used to keep our head above water in the past year or two?

The main signal I took from the "6 month lock in" was that those taking the shares were happy/confident that the company would still be here in 6 months time.

One could take amore optimistic view that the nominal/low value that the shares were issued at is a fraction of the expected value in 6 months time and that expected value in 6 months time was shared with the recipients e.g. Stephen Fletcher receiving 22.8 million shares at a price of 0.5p/share = £114k
This seems pretty light for full and final settlement of 2 years service as Finance Director of an AIM PLC. Stephen must have a view of the true value...

A lock in simply means the holders cannot flood the markets to raise cash for their everyday living !

Are the 6 month lock in's significant?

All this debate of production or t/o. I started holding this share 18 months ago and i'm not fussed either way really.

For me there still feels to be solid value here, just look at the volume of warrants issued at a strike price of 2p.

Add to that the 6 month lock in attached to some of the recent share issues and Nigeria's desire to get things moving quickly.

A very interesting recipe

Production will be more lucrative for holders in the long term :-)
T/O opportunities will come in time.
Relax.

Guarantee would be producing oil regardless of who provides funding & technical services, or at least that is how I understand it. It doesn't have to be srsp in its current guise. Production will happen anyway.I don't mind if it's a sell off or not but I don't think you can rule it out.
