19/6/2017 14:44 | Cheers grahamburn, So am I right in thinking you are saying that the higher share price would be less dilution? The converter would get $200,000 worth of shares per bond rather than a fixed quantity of shares per bond? | blindsquirrel
19/6/2017 14:32 | I have no wish to start a minor family disagreement, but I fear my brother might be incorrect in his earlier posts in response to blindsquirrel's query on the conversion rate for the bonds. The INITIAL conversion rate (announced on 3 November when the bonds were issued) was indeed 25% above the Placing Price for the concurrent placing ordinary shares of 20p (namely 25p) at the then rate of exchange with the dollar. However, Friday's conversion rate was 30.76p - 1m divided by the number of shares issued and all the previous conversions seem to have been at that price. I am unable to locate any precise information as to how this rate has been arrived at, but guess it must have been in the full offer document for the Placing Shares and/or Convertible Bonds (which I cannot locate from a quick search). With all the conversions taking place in the past month or so, when the price has hovered above 30p, there is some logic in the conversions by some of the bondholders. | grahamburn
