On a serious note this part appealed from an investment standpoint, instant access to Themi sales team which should impact the bottom line fairy quickly?

I would feel that Tosca maybe feel that they have lost control of the direction or owning SPH to sell on. The acquisition announcement today shows that the management of SPH are strong and have a business plan in place, IMHO.

I think they pegged some FX earlier in the year, but for the remainder Euro/Dollar should help overall.

Going to up my purchases next week when the dust settles.

There must a have been a buyer before this dip as they were bidding over the screen price, in size too.

Will use any weakness to re-enter, bt 25k this pm as a foot hold.

Every week I struggled with this one, fantastic growth but with a high market cap, plus there was a favorable quote in size at just over 34p

Hope to re-invest a bit further down the road when the gap narrows.

SB, Tosca seem to do this on several of their holdings, it could be one of the funds under management, not entirely sure.

They reduced by a similar amount in March, more interesting who's picking up the slack?

FMR have reduced in the past too yet no holding RNSs, no thresholds crossed I guess......

I'm not sure what to make of that (Tosca off-loading).

They rushed in a while ago to buy as many as they could and they certainly are not sitting on a profit.

One assumption is that they thought they could influence management, which I think they are well known for (having taken large stakes in companies) and were told to go whistle Dixie.

Anyone any ideas?
