Encouraging share price rise today, maybe announcement on new distribution partnership is reason why share price has moved North today. IMHO the share price will slowly go upwards in anticipation of result statement next month.

Looks like the market makers here are running short on shares, price moving up on low volume or maybe just wishful thinking on my part, still think Sinclair could do well this year,it’s all about the global market & SPH is already selling in some of the bigger ones IMO

Reads ok to me and the conversion price on the convertible is set at 28p which is reassuring.

With the big hitters they have on the share register chances are they have had the right introductions at a high level.

Depends who they get signed up for 1st April kick off. If it's a big name the share price will fly. Announcement I guess fairly soon.

The market will tell us if it is positive news. The 1st statement said "Advanced discussions with potential US partners are ongoing and we expect to enter into an alternative arrangement effective from 1 April which would ensure that this highly differentiated product remains available to doctors and customers, and that we maximise its potential in the very important US market.". The 2nd announcement about EW Healthcare Partners involvement, I would feel that EW are telling Sinclair they can get a better deal with a new distributing deal.

Mmm it seems at the lower end of the range so I agree it looks like a sell.

It comes up as a sell on Level II but I’ve had buy orders showing up in red so I’ll take it as a buy,hopefully see a strong rally for the markets Monday,I’m sure that massive spike down in the US was caused by traders/funds just clearing all their holdings, winners & losers together to try & balance the books, rather than taking a massive hit just on the losers,I’ve done it myself, pure panic thinking everything is just tanking & then having to buy back in at a higher price the next week,it’s good to have the markets moving again.

IMHO feel it is a buy, the price paid is 23.15p the sell price below was 22.88p a buy of 5m+ would be discounted anyway something brewing I hope. I topped up on Wednesday did not spend a million pound though.

Hi dealit, yes, did my research, I bought in two days ago, one for the back burner but I’m definitely holding out for the results, I’ll add if the volumes pick up, SPH streamlined their product range but I reckon the thread lift procedure, I thinks it’s called silhouette will be a big winner on results day, just a case of wait & see now but it’s good to know someone else can see the potential in Sinclair, good luck to us, cheers dealit

Hi Mercer95, if you have done your research before buying and concluded that SPH should be doing better I agree. SPH do tend to promise jam tomorrow rather a lot. The results are due out in March let us hope the jam arrives this time.

Mmm found it hard to believe the Peel Hunt 68p target, not really convinced by their 48p target either.
