galacticus - many thanks for taking the time and trouble to explain things for me I really apprdciate it especially the bit about mm's transferring to/fro trying to creat availability. I am just a bit sceptical about the cevt talk esp over on LSE - its far from guaranteed in my eyes. Thanks again!

Outlook The momentum from the good results in 2012 has continued into 2013 as sales to the Company's long-term partners and recent contract wins ramp up. In addition, the move to become a prime contractor has helped SimiGon target new opportunities and significantly larger scale contracts than in previous years. Looking ahead, with excellent revenue visibility and a strong order book in place, the Board expects continuing year-on-year sales and profit growth in 2013 and looks forward to the future with ever increasing confidence.

DG basically with such low free float yesterday we should of seen RSI drop a nice bit on chart it moved very slightly down now with all the 25,000 sells of late and 30,000 you would of thought a holdings point would of been crossed so only imo they could be mm transfers to each other and used to control sentiment. Now looking at chart they look like there trying to cause a drop now whatever happens tomorrow and next week im pretty sure prior to interims we will hit upper trend on 3 month now 42p area the above from finals shows that they will make good reading and we may be awarded US cevt that's just a bonus as not factored in and imo would see 70p plus but if not the markets we work in are vast and looking at long term graph and prospects those that hold long term will again see bag potential imo all in all a niche product in a very large market and also if anyone had noticed 9 new jobs on offer the company is growing fast and contracts are getting larger a true investors share.

yeah today if you look at the big sells and correlate RSI you will see allot of those big trades are transfers they match up and used to control the market 13th day before results low 40s and if US army obtained has to be 70p plus for me.

Yep, buyers about for sure, think there was a worked buy of around 40k shares reported after hours yesterday.

dummy buys today when ask at 34.75 on iii lowest 36.6 on close 40.75 a huge premium to ask upto 3 grand and cheaper at 37p still a big premium from 3-10 grand , buying was an absolute minefield and big signs the ii selling is all but done RSI at 50 with results soon i predict 40s pre results and 75+ if this $30 mill is awarded to us.

closing date for replies to the Us gov on fast delivery of the 30m contract was 10th aug. wonder how quickly they will award it now given they are in a perceived rush.

fingers crossed. No doubt be next week when im on my joiiles and ill miss the fun.

That 30 mil contract result is getting close and PI,s are starting to realise that if won there will be a huge hike in the share price Momentum may well pick up faster now.

there is competition for the 30m but its clear the US Gov want the cevt contract product available asap. Sim have to be strong fav,s with the simsolutions model being so quick to adapt and should also beat the comps budgets hands down (see the simigon website FAQ points 4-6)
Plus they have the US airforce as a reference !

Lots of steady small purchases lately in the last day or so, either being ramped senseless on LSE (i don't follow LSE) or employees in the know, i know which i would prefer!

well to me it looks more like the US army wants this delivered quick that obviously favours are solution way more as no need to build from scratch and the memo looks like its finding who can deliver quickly , could well hear from this very soon as well as that lots of new staff and could well see contracts from many industries the chart looks primed for a rise to 36 then 39 area way oversold with very good interims looming and contract speculation .on close only 1500 quid available and running a false book and could sell plenty above bid.

One thing their annual reoprt does not appear to disclose is the number of employees, is this a mandatory reporting requirement? It would be interesting to see what sort of increase in salaries might be as orders come in and moere staff are needed!

Good point Ian, I forgot the interims were next month. Last year they were released on Thursday, 27 September, so will probably be close again this year. Would be nice to see another contract win before then, but this set of interims should make good reading.

any info on other new contracts in pipeline? I know they are working on them but any info you have welcome. intrims in September I believe, should make very good reading.

Its fine, perhaps we can squeeze another £6mil contract in while we await the 4th quarter and a decision on the big one.

lanb5004, you are correct, post 422, i misunderstood the email recieved. they requested more info from all companies going for contract. I origanally thought the contract award in the fourth qtr so was surprised by the email recieved, which i misunderstood. It looks like we will have to wait a little longer yet, the cevt contract is only one of many inthe pipeline.

don't think there's any worries with sim either way.

If they win this then a massive re-rate - but if not then I guess we can settle for the 150% climbs in the share price per year : )

Ian, would love that to be the case, largest holding at the mo, but have to be realistic and try to not use the "Hope" emotion ;-)
