Why would directors do any different to most of us, as they too know BR are sellers.

BR will not be telling them how low they may sell at imo.

I find Blackrock move positions up and down very frequently..playing the charts and sentiment.

LOL, there certainly seems no reason buying however cheap SRC is if Blackrock continue to sell

Perhaps Black Rock have other uses for the cash that are more beneficial from their point of view. It does not mean they necessarily have a negative view of SRC. I guess we need to find out what Blackrock are doing across the piste... are they generally selling currently?

If blackrock continue to sell at these levels they must know something we don't

I fear Blackrock have just made a decision to sell regardless that it might go below the IPO price, or they will just let it hang between the price they are will to sell down too, and every time they can just reduce back to that level and wait. 83 million shares is a lot to unload unless another institution takes them up.

I've been adding. Hopefully BlackRock are done with their selling for now. Looks cheap imo following recent update.

Just had small 4k top up which is registering as a sell under ADVN trades. Feel that we are overdue a retrace up to 50p even if overall downtrend continues.

It also appears that there are no declared short positions in SRC either..

Making the share price movement strange

So Blackrock appear to have sold around 2.4m shares and still have around 83m.

Peel Hunt has reduced target price from 145p to 110p but retains its forecast and "Buy" recommendation.

terry236 - I'm not sure about being happy to hold but accepting the downs because of the deep belief that it is undervalued, when well into the red zone, is not the best of feelings when one has a reasonable sized investment tied up.

However, one can see the majority here are either waiting to get back in, or like myself looking where the floor maybe to average down substantially.

What Blackrock does seems to be the driver.

A decent watch tbf, may calm some nerves from some specifically around cash flows, capex and profitability should a downturn occur. A resilient business from my view, share price to one side I’m a happy holder

Agreed, the share price is weird, but I am not worried at all. If it drops below 40 I will be in for another top up

The current share price is a little unsettling, but I feel fairly confident that this could be close to double this time next year.

The share price is also ignoring the highly likely government economy stimulus lever to be pulled shortly. Truss will be going on a road and infrastructure building spree which should only drive further Sigmaroc product demand.

Mid-price close @41.75p, less than 5% above the original IPO in 2016 and also 51% below the last fundraising just over a year ago. Debt level is probably a major factor but nevertheless this seems very undervalued at this level.

Directors were buying plenty @ 98p at the start of the year, this fall is relentless and really I can see no justification for it...
Anyone would think they issued a profit warning !

IIRC they already pay a significant interest rate on their debt. Reducing it as fast as possible would seem wise.
