29/5/2009 14:26 | No. Take the money. Move on. I have trebled my money. IG have given green light but has not confirmed whether they can sell direct or have to accept the offer and wait a month. Now to find another Russian outfit. Done IEC - now reckon PTR looks good for a re-rating. | willessa
29/5/2009 14:19 | just a thought , if these shares ever did get re listed and the price went to £8.00, would we not feel truly mugged for taking £5.00 offer? As someone mentioned earlier we still have not heard the results about their other oil field. | gatdecor
29/5/2009 13:16 | I am a U.S. shareholder and will try to participate in this tender offer. Will post what happens after contacting my broker. | fsu gold investor
29/5/2009 08:03 | My broker in the UK (Brearley's)also said that they had not received any information nor forms until I sent them the links and contact details. They then contacted the registrars who are sending them the necessary deatils and forms and they fully expect to be able to sell the shares thereafter(hopefully q44 | quattro44

29/5/2009 03:09 | hummm, After looking through the information disclosure link above.... I'm currently a UK non-resident. Seems as though I'll be unable to sell? My shares are held in a nominee account by i-dealing - no news yet if I can seel through them anyway. Any other non UK residents around that can comment? | steve73
28/5/2009 21:57 | Did anyone successfully sell today? PS I didn't try. | willessa

28/5/2009 18:12 | On which page is the acceptance form that needs to be signed and witnessed? | squintyflinty
28/5/2009 11:10 | I am now further advised that the Registrars have no details as yet and are refusing to deal in the shares. So now we have the dealer and the Registrar who will not take the shares. This is starting to look a bit 'naughty' as my broker just quoted. q44 | quattro44
28/5/2009 10:54 | If you trade with Renaissance, don't forget to consider the dealing costs (vs any processing costs of accepting the offer). | bohemia
28/5/2009 10:52 | The offer document says electronic acceptances will be credited cash in three business days, certificates will get cheques mailed in 3 days. | bohemia
28/5/2009 10:47 | I (stupidly) hedged my bets last week and sold some of my shares at £4.00. The money was in my account within 2 working days. I have just told my broker to sell the rest at £5.00, and he has confirmed he has arranged that with Renaissance and the settlement will be 2 days. q44 Edit: I have now been told that Renaissance will not deal in share amounts less than 10000 and and as such the broker cannot sell them if it is less than that. Apparently one has to go through the registrars | quattro44
28/5/2009 10:02 | Even if you use thier selling facility rather than accepting the offer? I would have thought there would be normal 2 day settlement. | willessa
28/5/2009 10:00 | davys are saying that it could be 8-10 weeks for funds to come through. Anybody have any further information on this | dougie471
28/5/2009 09:37 | i am selling my 31500 at £5. I cant see anyone else coming in again Gazprom. They have already seen off BP and others who were making noises wont go up again Gazprom now. This is all going back to being state controlled (gazprom is state owned so you cant trade their shares) | dougie471
28/5/2009 08:09 | I agree - the chances are slim. Just going to give a few days to consider whether there are any other possibilities being floated. Don't get me wrong - I am very happy with £5. What is anyone else going to do? | willessa
28/5/2009 07:38 | Will: what are the chances anyone else will want 6% of this? Not huge I think considering they'll be up against Gazprom - unless just to annoy them, but that's a risky business. | cmabey
28/5/2009 06:07 | Looks like we can get immediate cash settlement. Question is do we take it now or wait 21 days in case a counter offer comes in? I guess any counter offer will have to move quick. I will probaly give it the weekend and then take the cash. | willessa
28/5/2009 00:20 | Can we trade in Gasprom? | squintyflinty
27/5/2009 20:23 | Might pop my profits into Gazprom Neft. Lol! Getting an absolute bargain here with Kotolgorsky, Salym, Moscow Refinery and network of gas stations. Mr T, you must be crying in your beer! | banj
27/5/2009 17:10 | Relko - its still all being sorted out, you will be able to soon, may take a day or two. | sakamuka
27/5/2009 17:01 | James Brearley telling me "can't sell while shares are suspended" Any advise ? | relko
27/5/2009 15:38 | crying shame we never got the update on appraisal at Kotolgorsky field. I think its probably mega and Gazprom is going to get it for free as the established assets are easily worth the £5 we are getting !! | curt3 |
