It is good news .. the price didn't surge up due to oil being down also maybe MMs don't want to mark it up to stop that 3/4 buy earlier in the week from closing his/her t-trades AIMHO.

The current price factors in some bad news.

The only thing I read into this is that the circular has taken time to write. hence the delay in making it this week and therefore I'd infer that this is not a simple circular stating we are not buying the real estate, end of story, but might drag out the BS of the necessity to preserve shareholder structure and therefore plan B.

I've sold out this pm, as this a pure gamble short term based on the contents of the circular.

I'm prepared to miss out on an upswing with good news than take a serious hit if the market doesn't like the alternative.

I'd rather protect what I've got at the moment. This stock is illiquid, so there will be little opportunity to dump if things go bad.

Checked the times of previous rns's. Sibir don't work by the 7am timetable so announcement could come prior to close.

Last friday they said circular would most likely be this week. So not definite.

Not short, but still think some bad news may materialise.

best outcome would be if Sibir were buying out Mr. T (even at a market premium) and paying out a special dividend to ALL shareholders. Current price doesn't reflect that.

Although volume is very low, so I expect whatever the solution it hasn't leaked.

Problem is that his Sibir holding isn't enough to cover his real estate leverage at current prices.

They maybe are waiting till after the market closes so that the bad news in the circular doesn't cause a panic and can be digested over the weekend.

If ST decides to rid of his holdings it will be Sibir to snap them up.. Initially sibir was quite happy to place finance on the table to buy his property business..then that same finance can pay for those holdings..it could be a good thing Sibir could get them on a discount AIMHO..
