08/2/2021 15:33 | Family will also be very keen on dividend being reinstated and at a significant level. Good aspect of owning a family oriented stock | fegger
08/2/2021 14:58 | they actually bought more last august | middlesboroughfc
08/2/2021 14:56 | I think the family still own around 50% of the shares - they wont want to see their holding diluted. | ianio5691
08/2/2021 14:40 | Wins on board with 62p offer | middlesboroughfc
08/2/2021 14:32 | Yes no new shares. I think 150p too like you netc Rents are plummeting too so could soar imho | middlesboroughfc
08/2/2021 14:29 | They've had about 50 million shares for a while and haven't placed recently as far as I understand it. I may be wrong though. It's the dividend potential that I like here. If they can get back to 10p to 20p per annum in a few years time and can continue then it makes a great pension stock at 53p. | chinahere
08/2/2021 14:21 | You know that for most of its history ShoeZone sort of traded around about £1.50 a share. Has there been an issue of shares recently or is all (eg 100%) of the fall related to the pandemic? If no new issue of shares this is a three bagger from here - at least it looks that way on paper. Currently trading at NAV value. The other "hot" small retailer - The Works WRKS - trade at 3 times its NAV value. So on paper it looks like ShoeZone, with the boom in Doc Martens is in the driving seat!!! (ps Childrens wellington Boot sales going through the roof round here). | netcurtains
08/2/2021 14:19 | I'm hoping the government rates are permanently reduced too. | chinahere
08/2/2021 14:03 | PANDEMIC WONT LAST FOR EVER· Earnings per share were 19.0p in the report in 2019 could actually get there again with online sales taking off and big stores could actually go highr as rent reviews are cutting rents by 40pc | middlesboroughfc
08/2/2021 14:01 | Dr Martens is £4bn and you prob thought it was for grungers | middlesboroughfc
08/2/2021 13:51 | Come on be serious. I'm a large holder of shoe zone but making out it should have a market cap of £3billion is just stupid and no-one can possibly take you seriously... | thecroots
08/2/2021 13:45 | chinahere: There are plenty of old cobblers around so should be easy. | netcurtains
08/2/2021 13:44 | If Doc Martens is £5bn then it would be more like a 200 bagger from here. lol. I guess they would have to start making shoes though. | chinahere
08/2/2021 13:36 | 100 bagger.. lol | thecroots
08/2/2021 13:29 | 100 bagger if it got same market cap As dr martens Good range of walking shoes Office shoes Slippers too People Will always need shoes hxxps://www.shoezone | euromedic

08/2/2021 12:46 | Indeed, first stop has to be 65p | middlesboroughfc

08/2/2021 12:05 | i think they have 50 big box stores. Its the way to go as they sell the likes of Kickers, Hush-puppies etc which are far more valuable. | thecroots
08/2/2021 12:04 | overhang gone, 54p to buy | euromedic
