The company is only worth £32.3m today ... yet they have spent £60m on acquisitions ... Geolong Secarma Brookcourt SecurEnvoy.

Brookcourt Solutions alone cost £30.3m.

The company has over £6.0m in cash and is forecast to increase its revenue .. profits and cash for the foreseeable future.

It is also close to making earnings enhancing acquisition(s).

The shares offer significant upside potential.

H1 trading update will be issued within 10 days.

After the last trading update in April the share price went over £2.20.The company had very strong H2 and they traded ahead of expectations.The strong trading has continued into the current year. They have already stated that this years Q1 was very strong.There is every confidence that the company has traded very strongly throughout the first half.

The share price at the moment is not reflecting the anticipated growth over the foreseeable future.

At £1.35 the prospective PE is less than 10.

Since June a lot of good quality small caps are down some over 50% XPD REAT CAR SIXH CMH ZYT to name a few ... ZYT has recovered since the trading update in September from £1.40 to £1.80.

We need a bullish trading update and or a decent acquisition to get this going again.It is siginificantly under valued ... i've added again today to my large holding.

We had 39,000 buys v 24,000 sells but still finished down 3p !

This is the issue you get with alot of small caps, they attract weak investors, so when markets go into a correction period, they are easily persuaded to sell up, and forget why they have invested here in the first place.

Very similar to cmh chart wise and also decent results they had also but drip 💧 drip everyday

Very frustrating this constant drip. I've just has another look at the results, to remind myself this is still a decent company and the market is getting this wrong.

Met David Williams the chairman once and he has definitely done well. Made a few £ with Zegona and another company who's name completely escapes me! Knew an insider at SWG who said privately that the intention was to acquire a £1 billion business or at least to get the market cap to that. Watched but never bought as was not convinced by the early share price rocket boost to £8 (in old money) and thought the initial acquisitions pretty underwhelming. Then watched it drop until the 140 - 150 level. Bought a few. So a bit of a punt for me with profits from other William's investments. My interest is modest. Luck all

Ticked up 1/2 p to 139 v 140 but MM's gone a bit loopy you can buy up to a max. of 3125 @ 139.255.Prior to the tick up they were offering @ 139.96.

We should get an rns on the large trades reported after the close on 29/09/21.

It would be nice if the company provides further information on the long awaited acquisition ... perhaps in the next trading update due this month.

Well lets hope the lack of any bad news up to now means they are still on track for £3 mill net profit this year and £4 mill next year - hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

i am pretty sure the company must say summit before the end of October.

Online buying has reduced further to just 3750 @ 139.96. A total of 32,000 shares have been bought today so far it will not take a great deal of buying to get this really motoring.

Prior to the 14,514 buy you can get an online quote for 15,000 @ 137.76 now it has gone up to 139.96 for 10,000 max.

All buys this morning below mid-price, so advfn show as sells.

It's not often that you can buy a company in this sector for roughly the price of its annual revenue. That doesn't necessarily make it a good buy on an earnings basis but could become an attractive takeover target.
